Before Rental

• Place an order at least 1x24 hours before the time of use. After the order is confirmed, the renter is required to provide photo documents:
• Identity card (SIM A, KK, KTP, Work ID, or Student ID)
• Credit card
• Round-trip ticket (out-of-town orders)
• Hotel vouchers (out-of-town orders)
• Active social media accounts
• Determine the details of the car pick up location with the rental provider.

After Rental

• The rental provider is not responsible for items left in the car after the renter has handed over the vehicle.
• Insurance costs and other costs arising from vehicle loss will be the customer's responsibility following the provisions of each rental provider.
