Global Tiket Network (“We” or “tiket.com”), a limited liability company established under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia with a Permanent Tourism Business Permit Number 2532/2011 dated November 9, 2011; We provide website and services available online through the website: www.tiket.com or mobile website: m.tiket.com or mobile application: tiket.com for iOS and tiket.com for Android, and various accesses, media, devices and other platforms (“Online Services”), either already or will be available at a later date.

This Privacy Policy regulates and/or describes all services that We have provided for You (“Users”) to use, both services that We operate ourselves and those that are operated through our affiliates and/or partners. 1. Personal Information which we collect In this Privacy Policy We include an explanation of how We collect, use, disclose, process, analyze, modify, delete, store and protect your personal information and data that identifies or can be used to identify you, whether those provided by you and/or we collect from You and third parties (“Personal Data”).
   
   When You access the Online Services,  make personal account and/or a booking, you have to provide us certain Personal Data personal that We will record and store as follow:
   a. We will ask You to fill in your Personal Data correctly, clearly, completely, accurately and not misleadingly, such as name, email address, telephone number, complete address, ID Card, Passport, details of your bookings (such as hotel name, hotel location and length of stay, airline name, date of departure and arrival), and other identifiable information of the User;
   
   b. We will ask You to fills in payment data when you conduct a payment transaction activity through the Online Services, including but not limited to bank account data, credit card, electronic money/wallet, virtual account, instant payment, internet banking, retail stores, paylater;
   
   c. When You make a payment with a Credit Card, You will be asked to fill in your Credit Card data correctly, clearly, completely, accurately and not misleadingly, such as Card Type data (Visa/MasterCard), Cardholder Name, Card Issuing Bank Name. Credit, Card Number (Only the last 4 digits appear), and Card Expired Date. Any data that You provide will be saved automatically to the payment gateway database system that We use (tiket.com does not directly store your credit card database, but is stored in the payment gateway database system that We use) so that the payment process for further transactions can be easier and fast, because all your databases have been stored completely, safely and there is no need to repeat the storage process for the same Credit Card data.
   
   d.If needed, we will ask for access related to Your camera, user contact on Your mobile phonebook, location, images, files and documents.
   
   e. If needed, we will ask for your review related to our Online Services and/or our products
   
   f. When You contacts tiket.com through all our customer service platforms, We will collect and store information related to your interaction with our Customer Service;
   
   g. You may provide us with Personal Data relating to other third-party individuals (including when you add any third-party individual data as flight passengers or hotel visitors). In that case you undertake and warrant us that you have already obtained properly documented approval from the relevant third-party individual and hereby consent on behalf of such individuals to the collection, use, disclosure and processing of his/her Personal Data by us.

   a.We will collect information about your computer or any media You use, including your IP address, operating system, browser used, URL, page, geographic location and access times as well as other data related to your use of your computer and recorded when You use Our Online Services (“IP Details”).

   In principle, any data that You provide from time to time will be stored and only used by us for the purpose of providing our products and services to you, namely for the purposes of tokenization, accounting, billing, auditing, credit or payment verification, newsletters, and security, administrative and legal purposes, bonus points or similar forms, testing, system maintenance and development, customer relations, promotions and other actions we deem necessary to assist us in the future in providing services to you, such as:
   
   a. We will use the information specifically for data verification purposes, enabling you to upload or shared the necessary information from Your mobile phone and for enhancing Your user experience on Online Services including but not limited to refund process, insurance claim, booking and cancelation.
   
   b. We use your Personal Data for the purpose of processing your transactions, managing and expediting the process of using the Online Services, as well as other purposes as long as permitted by applicable laws and regulations.
   
   c. We may monitor and analyse your activities, demographic data, behaviour, search queries, response time for the various services provided in the Online Services, and any Personal Data You provided to the Online Services in order to support and improve the performance, user experience, growth, and functions of the Online Services.
   
   d. We may use your Personal Data and other information collected for Social Media marketing purposes using direct and open graphic techniques and for conventional digital marketing purposes, such as sending You automatic newsletters or push notifications, including but not limited to via electronic mail, WhatsApp, and through social media (such as YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Tiktok, Line, Tumblr, Telegram, Reddit, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and etc) to notify You of new product information, special offers or other information that We think it will interest You;
   
   e. All information that We receive can be used by us to protect ourselves against all claims and applicable laws related to the use of services and violations that You commit on our website for all provisions as stipulated in tiket.com's terms of service and guidelines for the use of our products and services, including but not limited to if required by order of the Court in legal proceedings; 
   
   f. We may use your Personal Data for investigation of suspicious transactions or transactions indicated to contain elements of fraud or violations of tiket.com's terms of service and guidelines for the use of our products and services as well as applicable legal provisions, as well as take necessary action to address it;
   
   g. All information We receive can be used by us when We carry out a merger, sale of company assets, consolidation or restructuring, financing or acquisition for our company.
   
   h. We may publish your reviews related to our Online Services and/or our products.
   
   i. for any other purposes that we notify you of when we collect the Personal Data.
3. Sharing of Personal Data which we collect
   a. In using our Online Services, the information that You provide to us can be use and share to third parties who cooperate with us, as long as it is for the purposes of transactions and service use.
   
   b.We may disclose your Personal Data to our third party service providers, agents and/or affiliates or related companies in and/or outside the territory of Indonesia.    c.tiket.com may also share your Personal Data to our subsidiaries located including but not limited in Singapore, Canada, India and other countries. We will comply with laws of Personal Data  Protection between countries to help ensure your data is protected.
    
4. Access, correction and removal of Personal Information
   You have the right to access, repair, change and or delete Personal Data that You have provided and have been stored in our system by contacting our customer service and/or through the features found in our application. We reserve the right to refuse your request to access, correct or delete some or all of your Personal Data that We store or control as long as permitted or required by applicable law. This may include circumstances where your Personal Data contains a reference to another individual or where a request to access, correct or delete it is for reasons that We deem to require disproportionate technical effort or may pose an operational risk.
    
5. Retention of Personal Information
   a. Your Personal Data will only be retained for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected or for as long as such retention is required or permitted by law. In the event that We share your Personal Data with authorized government agencies and/or other third parties that may be appointed by government authorities or cooperate with us, You agree and acknowledge that the storage of your Personal Data by related parties will follow each party's policy regarding data storage.
   
   b.In the event we share your Personal Data to the third party, authorized government institutions and/or other institutions that may be appointed by the government authorities, you agree and acknowledge that the retention of your Personal Data by the third party and/or relevant institutions will follow their respective policy on data retention.    b.You are fully responsible for the confidentiality of your Personal Data, including being responsible for all access and use of Online Services such as your password, account, One Time Password (OTP) and tokens. For the security of your confidential data, We strongly recommend to keep your account and password secured and/or change your password periodically. Any unauthorized use and/or without your knowledge and permission is your own responsibility and We are not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of your negligence.

   You can deactivate this feature in an easy and free way, through manage subscriptions in the profile menu or by using the "Unsubscribe" in the email You received.

    tiket.com cooperates with third parties to assist in promoting and creating attractive advertisements for You based on the use of Online Services which We conclude from the data You use on our Online Services. In providing products and services, each company uses cookies in accordance with privacy information in accordance with the privacy and security policies of each company.
