How to Book Ferry Tickets?
1. Open the tiket.com app
Select Ferry on the homepage. Then, choose the travel route based on your needs.
2. Enter your travel details
Select the check-in time, ticket type, and set the number of passengers. Then, click “Search ferry”.
3. Select Express or Regular Ferry
There are 2 Ferry classes available: Express and Regular. Choose the class you want.
4. Check the important info
Make sure you read the important info regarding your trip, such as estimated crossing and arrival time at the port (check-in).
5. Enter contact and passenger details
Fill in the contact, passenger, and vehicle details (for those who bring a vehicle). Please make sure the data you provide is correct.
6. Continue to payment
Make sure you enable location access to book the Ferry tickets as per PT ASDP’s policy.
How to Board the Ferry?

Show your QR code and identity card to the officer upon arrival at the port (check-in).

You must arrive at the port (check-in) according to the specified time.

The e-ticket will expire if you don’t arrive at the port within the specified time limit.

The ferry departure time will be announced at the port.
Ferry Terms & Conditions
General
- Tickets are only valid for transportation from the departure port to the arrival port as stated in the ticket that has been reserved.
- Ticket bookings must be made prior to the designated Port Entry Schedule and may be adjusted as necessary by the ASDP.
- 1 (one) vehicle ticket is valid for 1 (one) vehicle and the passengers in the vehicle whose name is listed on the reserved ticket.
- Passengers must complete their passenger information by including their National Identification Number (NIK) as stated on their ID card, or they can use other identification documents like Student ID, passport number (for Foreign Nationals), or Driver's License, based on the vehicle they will be using for travel.
- Passengers aged 0-2 years old (infants) are charged infant fare.
- Passengers over 2 years old will be charged an adult fare.
- Ticket includes port service fees, but does not include on-board additional service fees and administrative costs (if any).
- Ticket includes life insurance fee for pedestrian passengers, or life & vehicle insurance for vehicle passengers. For information regarding coverage and claims, passengers can contact PT. ASDP via:

- The pricing for vehicles is categorized according to vehicle types.
- Vehicles are divided into 9 (nine) categories and 2 (two) types of vehicles:
- Group I (bicycle);
- Group II (motorbikes less than 500 cc and wheelbarrows);
- Group III (large motorcycles of more than 500 cc and three-wheeled vehicles);
- Group IV A (vehicles for passengers in the form of jeeps, sedans, and minibusses, with a length of up to 5 meters);
- Group IV B (goods cars in the form of open cargo cars, closed cargo cars, and double cabin cars with a length of up to 5 meters);
- Group V A (vehicles for passengers in the form of buses with a length of more than 5 to 7 meters);
- Group V B (goods cars (trucks)/tanks of medium size with a length of more than 5 to 7 meters);
- Group VI A (vehicles for passengers in the form of buses with a length of more than 7 to 10 meters);
- Group VI B (goods cars (trucks)/medium-sized tanks with a length of more than 7 to 10 meters and the like, and towing cars without a trailer);
- Group VII (goods cars (trucks), tank cars, towing cars along with trailers and heavy equipment vehicles with a length of more than 10 to 12 meters);
- Group VIII (tronton trucks, tank cars, heavy equipment vehicles, and towing cars along with trailers with a length of more than 12 to 16 meters);
- Group IX (tronton trucks, tank cars, heavy equipment vehicles, and towing cars along with trailers with a length of more than 16 meters).
- Payment can be made using payment methods accepted by tiket.com.
- Failure to make the payment within the specified timeframe for each transaction will result in an automatic cancellation of the ticket order by the system.
- E-tickets and proof of payment for Ferry tickets will be sent to the email address after successful payment.
- Departure schedules and ship names may change at any time according to weather conditions and port operations without prior notification.
- Passengers can visit the official ASDP website and their social media pages for the latest updates on fare policies and route changes.
Check-in
- Passengers must check in before the departure time stated on their e-tickets. However, it's essential to keep in mind that this time limit can change based on the conditions and operational policies set by ASDP. So, it's important to stay updated and follow the latest guidelines for check-in times to prevent ticket cancellation due to being late.
- Passengers aged 17 years or over are required to show an original identification card (KTP/KK/SIM/Student Card/Passport specifically for foreigners) with the correct name printed on the e-ticket. Afterward, passengers will be provided with a boarding pass which should be handed over to the staff during the boarding procedure.
- If the passenger cannot show an identification card with the same name, then the passenger is not allowed to enter the port and board the ship.
- After receiving the boarding pass, passengers will be guided to wait in the port’s loading parking area.
- For passengers traveling with vehicles, it is advised to switch off the vehicle's engine, secure the handbrake, and step out of the vehicle during the journey.
- Passengers with vehicles may be rejected to enter the port if:
- The vehicle does not match the motorized vehicle registration number listed on the e-ticket; or
- Vehicles that after being weighed exceed the maximum capacity of the pier at the port; or
- The vehicle exceeds the maximum height limit of the port.
- If there is a discrepancy in the class of the vehicle between the reservation and the physical vehicle arriving at the port, an adjustment will be made to the class at the counter with the following conditions:
- Upgrading: Passengers will be subject to a 25% penalty on the vehicle ticket price, along with the additional amount resulting from the difference in fare stated on the E-ticket, which is lower than the intended category for that specific vehicle.
- Downgrading: On the other hand, passengers have the option to apply for a refund based on the difference in fare indicated on the E-ticket, which is higher than the intended category for that vehicle; a 25% penalty will be deducted from the vehicle ticket fare.
- For the Ferry Express service, specific protocols must be followed, including the closure of the ramp door before the scheduled departure time.
Reschedule
- The entire process of submitting a reschedule for Ferry tickets is subject to terms and conditions set by the Partner, in this case Ferizy.
- Reschedule requests can be made no later than 2 (two) hours prior to the reserved port entry schedule.
- Reschedules only apply to ticket purchases with a minimum price of IDR 50,000.
- Starting from December 25, 2024, reschedule requests will be subject to a 10% deduction from the ticket price.
- For correcting a name (typo) or making changes to a name with a maximum of 2 letters, while keeping the pronunciation unchanged, passengers may contact the Ferizy Call Center on the following channels:

- Requests to reschedule submitted in less than 2 (two) hours before the scheduled port entry, cannot be processed and the ticket will be declared forfeited.
- Passengers are only allowed to make changes to the schedule a maximum of 1 (one) time from each booking code.
Refund and Cancellation
- The entire process of submitting a cancellation or refund for Ferry tickets is subject to each vendor’s terms and conditions.
- Refund requests can be made in a maximum of 2 (two) hours before departure.
- Refund only applies for tickets with a minimum price of IDR 50.000
- Starting from December 25, 2024, cancellation and refund requests will be subject to a 25% deduction from the ticket price.
- Tickets eligible for cancellation are those that remain valid or not expired, with a minimum ticket price of Rp 50,000.
- To cancel the trip and request a refund, passengers can contact the Ferizy Call Center using the following channels:

- Ticket refunds will be sent within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) calendar days after the refund data is received by the ASDP/vendor.
- Cancellation requests that have been made cannot be canceled for any reason.
- Requests for cancellations and refunds made less than 2 (two) hours prior to the designated port entry schedule will be rejected and the ticket will be forfeited.
- Cancellations caused by operational reasons or force majeure, the ticket fee excluding additional fees will be fully refunded.
Passenger Rules
- Tickets are only valid for passengers with the names listed on the booking voucher and are not transferable.
- Travel free from tobacco smoke/electronic cigarettes or e-liquid vape steam. Smoking or vaping is not permitted during the trip, except in the room provided.
- During the trip, passengers are prohibited from:
- Consuming liquor;
- Gamble;
- Commit immoral acts;
- Carrying dangerous goods;
- Carrying prohibited items;
- Behaving that can endanger safety and/or disturb other Service Users;
- Lying on a sofa that is intended for more than 1 (one) person;
- Dangerous crossing in the Ship.
- Passengers bringing pets are required to show a valid Animal Quarantine Certificate. This letter can be obtained at the nearest Animal Quarantine Center.
- Passengers are fully responsible for the ownership of the goods they carry.
- Passengers must ensure the cleanliness of the ship and its facilities.
- Passengers who carry vehicles of the Over Dimension Over Loading (ODOL) Group with a vehicle weight that exceeds the capacity of the pier are not allowed to cross. The current maximum capacity is:
- Merak Port: maximum 50 tons
- Bakauheni Port: maximum 50 tons
- Ketapang Port: maximum 35 tons
- Gilimanuk Harbor: maximum 35 tons
- Passengers are required to have a valid ticket before entering designated geofencing (restricted radius) at each port. The following distance limits apply:
- Merak Harbor: up to 4.71 km (reference point: Hotel Pesona Merak)
- Bakauheni Harbor: up to 4.24 km (reference point: Agricultural Quarantine Office)
- Ketapang Harbor: up to 2.65 km (reference point: Sri Tanjung Terminal)
- Gilimanuk Harbor: up to 2.0 km (reference point: Cargo Terminal)
