スタッフの方々のホスピタリティが高く快適に過ごせました。私のつたない英語にも辛抱強く付き合ってくださり、意思の疎通も問題ありませんでした。プールやスパ、ジムのサウナ・シャワー施設も利用しましたが清潔でサービスも満足でした。たまたまですが、オーナーの方と夜レストランでカラオケを楽しませていただいたのが良い思い出になりました。朝食をいただける場所が暑かったのと、レストランのメニューにマッサマンカレーが無かったことだけが小さな不満でした。またバンコクに行く機会があれば利用させていただきたいです。

Exceptional across the board. Staff was extraordinarily helpful and friendly, breakfast buffet was very tasty and eclectic in options. Prissy helped me save over 1000 baht by finding me a better deal for my ride to Pattaya when leaving, and even helped set up my ride later from Pattaya to the airport. Will definitely be patronizing again. Highly recommend!

Suite kami agak tua dan mengalami kerusakan. Begitu pula dengan WiFi yang terkadang terputus. Perabotannya sudah tidak baru dan agak tua. Tidak ada sofa di Papillion Suite untuk bersantai dan hanya dua kursi berlengan yang tidak memiliki lampu untuk membaca buku. TV di kamar tidur besar terlalu kecil. Kami juga menemukan jejak nenek moyang kami di ruangan itu. Bersih terlihat berbeda. Pada malam pertama kami memesan makanan ke kamar kami. 50 Menit! Dan makanannya dingin, tidak suam-suam kuku tapi sangat dingin. Kualitasnya juga agak di bawah rata-rata yang dikonfirmasi kepada kami dua hari kemudian ketika kami makan lagi di tepi kolam renang. Setiap pengiriman Grab tiba lebih cepat, lebih hangat dan bahkan lebih enak. Ketika kami meminta bantuan resepsionis untuk menyelidiki, hal itu diperlakukan dengan sangat, sangat tidak profesional. Kinerja harga agak buruk untuk Bangkok. Anda dapat menemukan penawaran kualitas yang jauh lebih baik seharga 350 usd. Saya tidak akan memesan di sini lagi. Pintu kamar tidur kami di lantai atas hampir tidak tertutup rapat, jadi saya bangun setiap pagi oleh suara petugas kebersihan di luar di lorong. Lucunya, kolam renang juga tutup terlalu dini.

I spent 4 nights at the Sivatel Bangkok for a quick city break vacation. The suites are quite spacious and immaculately clean. The infinity pool is a lovely place to unwind after a long day, and the entire staff was very friendly and helpful, with a wonderful level of service. The hotel is just a few quick steps from the Phloen Chit BTS station, and just a 15 minute walk from the nightlife districts of Soi 11 and around. If you're looking for an affordable, elegant hotel with a prime location, the Sivatel should be at the top of your list.

Lokasi luar biasa: 30 menit berjalan kaki ke Taman Lumpini, 15- 20 menit berjalan kaki ke Siam Paragon dan Central, 10 menit berjalan kaki ke Jalan Pesta Sukhumvit. Sejak Anda keluar dari taksi, Anda dikelilingi oleh perhatian dan perhatian. Keramahan staf adalah yang terbaik! Sangat nyaman check-in dan check-out di resepsionis hotel di lantai 17, di mana terdapat teras pemandangan. Saat dokumen sedang diproses, Anda akan disajikan minuman dan makanan ringan. The hotel is in a good location, but there are no great attractions right next to it. Excellent hotel with very spacious rooms and good service. There are drinks and sweets available at the reception 24 hours a day, and a concierge is always on duty downstairs. Breakfast is not very varied, with an emphasis on the traditional asian cuisine.
