Saya menginap beberapa hari yang lalu. Lobi hotel tidak memiliki AC dan lampu (sangat gelap). Ruangan lebih gelap. Lampu listrik berfungsi seperti lampu malam. AC-nya sangat bising dan sangat berhantu.

I stayed in the cheapest room. Checkin was before 10 pm, but the receptionist was smiling and helpful. Thank you. The room is not large, but if you are staying alone, it is a good size! The sheets were washed, but there were lots of stains that looked like coffee had been spilled on them. The room has a vanity, closet and safe. The air conditioner is noisy but works well. The lights in the room are dark. The windows are small, so it is dark even during the day. The hotel is very close to the station and cheap, so i think its a good hotel. I might stay there again when i return to Bangkok.

Kami memesan di aplikasi dan segera membayar untuk 2 malam. Kami tiba di hotel dan dikirim ke apartemen di gedung tetangga. Dari sana kami kembali ke hotel. Tidak ada kamar yang tersedia di hotel. Resepsionis tidak berbicara bahasa Inggris dan tidak dapat menjelaskan apa yang terjadi. Saya mulai menelepon dan berbicara dengan seseorang. Setelah 15 menit dia membawa kami kembali ke kondominium dan mencoba memasukkan kami ke beberapa apartemen aneh. Kami mengatakan bahwa kami ingin tinggal di hotel yang telah kami pesan dan bayar dan kembali ke hotel. Kami menghabiskan waktu lama untuk mencoba menjelaskan kepada resepsionis bahwa kami memerlukan konfirmasi untuk situs web aplikasi untuk mendapatkan uang kami kembali untuk hotel yang tidak dapat mengakomodasi kami. Saya sangat kecewa dengan tempat ini. Kualitas sama sekali tidak sesuai dengan harga. Pesan untuk 2 malam, tidak tahan hanya untuk satu malam. Lokasi sebelah BTS dan seperti ini. Pelanggan tidak terkesan. Pertama kali, terakhir cukup. Kamarnya sangat sempit. Ruangannya seperti lubang tikus. Itu terlalu sempit dan jelek. Buka pintu untuk memasuki ruangan dan Anda masih harus memasukkan satu orang dalam satu waktu. Ruang di ujung tempat tidur hampir tidak memiliki ruang untuk berjalan. Kamarnya bau apek. Saya sangat tidak nyaman. Kualitas sama sekali tidak sesuai dengan harganya. Pesan untuk 2 malam, tidak tahan hanya untuk satu malam. Benar-benar tidak tahan.

The hotel is conveniently located near the bts skytrain station, making it easy to connect to various destinations. Overall, it appears to be a very pleasant place to stay and it is definitely worth considering. Additionally, the staff here are exceptionally friendly and accommodating.

Sangat buruk. Saya melakukan reservasi melalui aplikasi karena tepat di stasiun MRT, jadi sangat nyaman. Namun ketika saya tiba, saya menyadari bahwa selain naik MRT, transportasi lain tidak nyaman dan saya harus berkeliling ke stasiun MRT berikutnya. Stasiun MRT terdekat dan staf hotel tidak berbicara bahasa Inggris. Mereka selalu bermain ponsel dan tidak menyapa tamu. Kamarnya sudah tua dan lokasi sarapannya lebih buruk. Bahkan tagihan listrik pun dihemat. Rasanya seperti listrik padam. Sangat buruk. Saya awalnya memesan empat malam tetapi ternyata buruk. Saya ingin membatalkan satu malam tetapi saya harus membayar THB 1800. Hotel busuk seperti ini mengenakan harga seperti ini. Ini benar-benar harus dilaporkan! Sayang sekali!

Hotel dekat dengan BTS, tapi jauh dari pusat kota. Pekerja hotel susah berbahasa inggris tapi ada usaha dengan translate pakai google. Kamar sudah minta dibersihkan tapi sampai hari ke 4 belum pernah sekalipun di bersihkan.

The hotel is in fact an inn, in which the room setup is super basic. There is no chair, though there is sort of a table (which should be considered as a dressing table). There is no tea bags, no coffee, no slippers etc. The fittings in the shower room are broken e.g. the holders of the tissue roll and shower tap are both broken. Location is good, close to BTS and along a main road.
