The ac is the one thing that works well for me! We paid 800 b per night. If you can, i suggest staying at another hotel! There is no hot water, bad toilets, and only one channel on the television. The room smells bad and the towels are small and outdated. Look at the bed as seen in the picture. Please take heed of your pictures!.

Good location. My friend said everything was fine. However, the room is too small and has a large toilet. Not too far from terminal 21 bts Asoke, mrt. Sukhumvit, not too distant from benjasiri park, aquatier, Emporium, and dinosaur planet.

This place offers good value for a simple room. Situated near sukhumvit and conveniently close to the mrt and asoke bts station, it offers excellent value. The room is small, not luxurious, but it serves as all i needed for one night.

I stayed here in may 2023. I wanted to update some of the other reviews. There is a fire escape / stairs that can be used if the lift is not working. The bathrooms are fine, they have added extra thresholds so that the water drains properly. Air conditioners are new and work fine. Hot corridors, especially on top floor. Overall good value for basic accommodation in t he best location. Its not rated as ten stars, but i would be happy to stay here again.
