Can't be happier. People who give less than five stars probably Think hallways around the rooms are a bit rough. The room was really nice. Room for our suitcases between the beds. Nice basinet, modern toilet and just excellent water pressure. Well organised and helpful personnel with good enough English skills. A ten minute walk from Ueno station which is the best hub for a new Tokyo Traveller as most lines intersect here whilst Ueno itself has so much to see and experience. Book this hotel today - expect a nice nights sleep in a clean efficient room

정말 좋았어요! 도쿄는 처음이라 잠이라도 편하게 자고 싶었어요! 사진속 방 크기가 작아서 걱정도 많이 했고 방을 옮겨야 하나 고민 계속 했는데 막상 가보니 저희는 너뮤 맘에 들었어요! 작긴하나 저희는 오히려 좋았고 깨끗했고 캐리어는 발밑에 두개 펼쳐놓고 사용했는데 불편함 없었어요! 편의시설 이용할수 있어서 좋았고 직원분들 너무 친절했습니다! 우에노를 다시 온다면 재방문 100%

Ueno hotel has really good staff both at the front on the back of house. They hotel is close to Ueno station and has ample convenience stores nearby. The room is small by western standards but is very clean and usable. I would stay with them again

This place is very close to a major training station (Ueno) and it is very convenient. We even took a direct training from the airport to this hotel without any problem. The breakfast is also very nice. My son loves the breakfast very much! I saw they have washer and dryer on site though we did not use it.

Budget friendly hotel close to Ueno station, no complaints. We shipped our luggage here and it arrived on time and the hotel held our luggage until we arrived. They also held our luggage after check out since our flight wasn’t until 5pm and checkout was at 11am.

The only dining options we found near the property few, and those required advanced booking for the few seats they had. Otherwise it was a convenient location and the hotel was clean, comfortable and a very good experience.

Very pleasant location with Lawson diagonally across the street. Only a few minutes walk from JR ueno station. Staff very friendly and accomodating. Room was small but this is par for the course in Japan. Overall a lovely stay and would definitely recommend staying.

Bon hôtel en général. La chambre que nous avons eu était en face d'une ouverte qui donnait sur la route. Toutes les nuits nous entendions le bruit des voitures/camions se qui nous réveillait parfois en pleine nuit
