[Room Cleaning]
For guests staying up to 6 nights, towels etc. will be changed and rubbish in bins will be collected.
There is no room cleaning.

For guests staying 7 nights or more, in addition to the above, the room will be cleaned once a week.
If you would like us to change towels etc. and collect rubbish from the bins, please contact us.
Please place the cleaning magnet on the inside of the room door on the corridor side (outside) of the room door by 11:00 AM.

There are 3 hotels in the Shinjuku area. Please check the hotel name and address before coming to the hotel.

Advance payment reservations are not compatible with Japan's domestic invoice system (eligible invoices/receipts).
Please note that if you make a reservation with advance payment, we will not be able to issue a receipt at the hotel.
