Really enjoyed our stay at The Barn Tokyo. Very close to a metro station and some great food options around. We had the best Ramen of our whole trip at Ramen Nagayama nearby. Staff and service were outstanding. Highly recommend!

The Barn Tokyo was one out of five hotels we stayed at during our 3 weeks trip in Japan, and we loved staying here the most! Upon arriving, EF greeted us at the door and helped us with our luggage/bags, and provided us slippers to use during our stay. I appreciate that they took our luggage to our room! EF kindly informed us of the hotel's policies and all the amenities they have to offer. Our room was spacious, clean, and had a TV where we can watch Netflix which was nice to unwind after a long day of travel. It was also a mere three minutes walk from the nearest train station! I enjoy the location of the hotel since it was nearby many restaurants and a huge supermarket! I highly recommend this hotel. Definitely a five star hotel with amazing customer service!!

Overall, we think we will stay here every time we visit, unless this review ends up pushing the prices too far, but it was an amazing deal. We loved this place. The room was nice and quite large for tokyo. Call ahead when you arrive and have them turn on the ac if its summer. Coffee in the morning! Its so hard to find in tokyo. I hate small machines, but this was damn decent coffee and available at 7 am. Bananas and some limited breakfast bread are available for free. A touch of coop in the way things you might need are made available. Which i really appreciated. Everyone was very nice, the place was small, cute, and spotless. No tub, but a lovely shower. Really no complaints. The location is a little less than ideal as it is very close to a train station but it is a small station in uguisudani, so you will likely have to transfer, but its on the yamanote line so its easy enough. Just a touch tricky to find the place the first time. This is the old downtown district and is now a bit of a red light thing, but dont let that deter you. First, many different types of food nearby and not nearly as cheesy as the kubikicho area. But even so, tokyo is a very safe city overall.

I would suggest this hotel to anyone visiting to tokyo! Khbkhunmaak. You have all you need here. Nice interior design. Convenient location just a short walk from the jr station. Super friendly and helpful staff they have kept impressing me by helping me book a local hotel room. Clean and neat room. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

Would be delighted to stay here again on another trip to tokyo! Such a sweet little hotel. Very small, so the staff is very attentive and accommodating. Very quiet, everyone is forced to remove their shoes at the front door, so it feels much cleaner in the room. The location is great, a short walk to the metro and plenty of conbinis and restaurants nearby. Cute, peaceful neighborhood with some old charm. The rooms are very spacious for japan and compare to other comparable hotels in the area.

Kami mendapat pengalaman menginap yang sangat nyaman di Gudang selama 5 malam. Datang dari Kyoto tempat kami menginap di Dhawa Yura, ekspektasinya tinggi tetapi Gudang sekitar 80- 90% dari pengalaman dengan setengah harga. Hotel ini merupakan hotel butik dan karena itu dijalankan dengan ramping, kualitas layanan jelas lebih baik daripada sebagian besar jaringan hotel bintang 4- 5 dan sebanding dengan hotel kelas atas. Pelayanannya sangat ramah. Staf hotel yang kami temui selalu menyambut kami dengan senyum hangat dan memberikan saran sebanyak mungkin. Standar tata graha juga terpuji dan semuanya sangat rapi, banyak handuk segar dan handuk wajah diganti setiap hari. Tempat tidur nyaman, pancuran air panas dan kuat. Interior bersih dan sangat modern. Keluhan kecil: wastafel terletak di luar kamar mandi tetapi tidak terlalu menjadi masalah setelah beberapa hari pertama. Kami sedang mencari tempat tinggal lebih lama untuk bunga sakura tahun depan. Terima kasih banyak dan harapan terbaik untuk tim!

The Barn had the nicest most friendly staff. They also have very quiet rooms and nice linens. I left my luggage there 3 days before check-in. They not only kept great care of my suitcase, it was waiting in my room when I checked in. Excellent value.

In august 2023, my family spent a week at the barn to tokyo. The hotels design and rooms are exquisite, stylish, and well thought out. The neighborhood was peaceful, walkable, and near transit and trains. The staff is the best part, they are kind and informed, and they were wonderful to deal with and helpful with all of our questions.

I would give it a 10 out of 10 for exploring tokyo! Nice, spotless, and roomy room. There is a litte fridge in the room, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and netflix tv. Complimentary breakfast with pastries, bananas, tea, and coffee. Good location close to a supermarket and stores. May was a really kind host.

We reserved 2 rooms and stayed for 5 nights in early february. The rooms were clean and wellfurnished, and they met to tokyo standards. However, the toilet and bathroom were spacious, clean, and wellequipped. There are 2 subway stations, iriya and uguisudani, within walking distance. Rin, the hotel manager, was incredibly kind and accommodating, making our stay very enjoyable. Apart from the small lobby, expected from a boutique hotel, there is nothing negative to say about it. Highly recommended.

I will definitely choose the barn to be my home base when i visit japan again in the near future. It was my first time to visit japan, and i was very happy to have stayed at the barn tokyo. The familyrun boutique hotel is conveniently located right next to uguisudani station, just a 3-4 minute walk away. The train station is easily navigable, with only two lines, yamanote and keihentohoku. The neighborhood is pleasant and quiet, perfect for unwinding after a long day. When you check in, you are given a rundown of the hotel and then offered a complimentary drink. The staff will then take you to your room. The rooms are clean and spacious. The toilet and shower are modern. It was my first time trying a bidet, magical. The wifi is very fast, 200 mbps, although there were moments when the internet slowed down. To ensure a smooth checkin experience, be sure to let the staff know your estimated arrival time.

Kami telah tinggal di The Barn selama 11 malam (11 malam) dan staf memperlakukan kami seperti keluarga. Ketika kami berangkat di pagi hari mereka akan datang dan menyambut kami untuk mengucapkan hari yang indah dan ketika kami kembali, mereka menyambut kami untuk pulang. Kami benar-benar merasa seperti di The Barn seperti di rumah sendiri. Our stay was very enjoyable. The staff was so kind and helpful. Room was very comfortable, the amenities were excellent and the location was convenient. You can easily access the Yamanote line from the hotel as a gateway to the rest of Tokyo and the hotel is situated in a quiet, safe neighborhood across the street from many good restaurants and convenience stores. I highly recommend The Barn to anyone visiting Tokyo.

체크인 하러 갔을 때부터 스태프분들이 너무 친절하시고 영어도 잘 하셨어요! 침대는 성인 여자 두 명이 자기에 딱 맞았고 콘센트도 꽤 많아서 만족했습니다. 좁지만 엘레베이터도 있었고 호텔이 전체적으로 조용해서 좋았습니다. 일반 주택가 사이에 위치해 있었고 주변에 돈키호테와 편의점, 맛집도 있었습니다. 다음에 도쿄 놀러오면 또 여기로 예약하고 싶을 만큼 만족도가 높았어요!
