Any packages and mail sent to the property during the guest's stay must be accepted and signed by the guest in person.
The property is not responsible for payment, damage or loss of the packages and mail on behalf of the guest.
The property has no available storage space for packages and mails.
Please notify the property in advance for large-sized or quantities of packages.
The property reserves the right to charge additional fees for disposal of bulk items or large quantities of packaging / wrapping material.
【Accommodation tax】 Based on local laws, accommodation tax will be charged separately at the local property starting October 1, 2021. Please pay directly to the property upon check-in.
The tax rate per person per night is as follows:
[Accommodation fee between JPY 10,000 and less than JPY 15,000]: JPY 100 per person per night
[Accommodation fee JPY 15,000 or more]: JPY 200 per person per night
