Meskipun ulasannya tidak terlalu bagus, lokasinya bagus di Shin-Okubo, jadi kami pikir itu tidak akan terlalu buruk untuk fasilitas Jepang, jadi tiga orang dewasa menginap di sana selama dua malam berturut-turut. Ketika kami tiba dan memasuki kamar, air bocor dari langit-langit dan lantai berantakan. Kami memberi tahu mereka tentang hal ini dan dipindahkan ke kamar sebelah, kamar triple dengan peringkat yang sama (kamar mandi dan bak mandi terpisah) tempat kami menginap satu malam dan pergi jalan keesokan paginya. Ketika saya mencoba melakukannya, saya dihentikan oleh staf (semua orang asing yang berbicara bahasa Jepang) dan mengatakan kepada saya bahwa saya harus berbicara dengan mereka dan bahwa saya bisa tidak menggunakan ruangan ini hari ini jadi saya harus pindah ke kamar lain. Saya terburu-buru untuk pergi jadi saya meninggalkan barang bawaan saya di kamar dan staf berjanji untuk membawa barang bawaan saya setelah tamu sebelumnya di kamar sebelah check out. Ketika saya kembali, saya menemukan kamar dengan 1 tempat tidur ganda dan 1 tempat tidur single yang cukup luas. Tidak ada TV. Meskipun ada bak mandi dan toilet terpisah, hanya ada shower tanpa bak mandi dan pengaturan suhu air berubah-ubah, kadang-kadang dingin. Toiletnya sangat panas. Wastafel di sebelah toilet tidak memiliki air panas, hanya ada keran air. Handuk mandinya sudah usang seperti handuk dari rumah lain dan dipisahkan oleh 3 orang. Itu adalah yang terburuk. Mungkin baik-baik saja untuk backpacker, tapi saya tidak merekomendasikannya untuk jalan-

As a last minute reservation since my Airbnb was small for the amount of people we booked for. I stumble upon this property, at first I wasn’t expecting nothing big. However upon first impression. This was the perfect size for person. This hotel allowed me to come sleep, than hit the street of Japan. This hotel is in prime location, everything is very walk able. Overall I love it. Will for sure look for posting when I come back to Japan

犬と泊まれて出入自由な駐車場があるので利用させてもらいました。近くに新大久保の商店街があり、外国人が多く独特な雰囲気があります。フロントではチェックイン時の対応のみで後は干渉されないので、自由に出来て私は良かったです。アメニティはなかったので、歯ブラシのみ自分で追加購入。ホテル前の通りがスクールゾーンで平日は完全な通行止め時間があるのでそれは注意が必要です。安くて犬と泊まれて干渉されなくて車も出入自由という点で私は需要に合っており高評価でした。

Saya pergi ke sana dan staf menagih saya sebesar 11.000 Tetapi saya mengkritiknya karena terlalu mahal dan staf menurunkannya menjadi 6.000 Bahkan menurunkannya menjadi 5.000. Kamar tidak ada tisu, lantai kamar mandi tidak bersih, selimut dan bantal semuanya sangat buruk.

I was a little concerned based on the reviews, but it was great. We checked all the mattresses for blood stains (for bed bugs) and didnt see any. We were able to check in a bit early for free. We checked out late which was a fee of 2000 yen per hour but were aware of this fee and wanted to sleep in. The beds were comfortable and the ac was very good. The room with the toilet was small but fit me fine. Not too far from shinjuku station.
