This hotel is very clean, and the rooms are spacious for the Shinjuku area. There is a 24-hour laundry facility attached to the hotel building, making it easy and affordable to wash your clothes. I recommend the hotel update its address on Expedia and Google Maps, as it was pointing to a nearby hotel. I have already submitted a correction to Google Maps. このホテルはとても清潔で、客室は新宿エリアとしては広々としています。ホテルの建物には24時間営業のランドリー施設があり、手軽に安価で衣類を洗うことができます。ExpediaとGoogleマップ上の住所を更新することをお勧めします。別の近くのホテルを指していたため、Googleマップにはすでに訂正を提出しました

いつも利用しています。チェックインが17時と遅いところだけが不便ですが、アーリーチェックインも可能です。できれば1時間単位でアーリーチェックインができるようになるとよいのですが。

Les employés étaient géniaux,tout sourire et serviables,la chambre c'était un appartement plus qu une chambre en plein centre ville et au calme,grande chambre,TV écran plat, armoire de rangement,frigo, bouilloire,table et canapé,la salle de bain c'était une douche et un baignoire,les toilettes sont dans l appartement mais séparé de la salle de bain bref pour le prix c'est un bon rapport qualité prix,nous conseillons et si on revient a Tokyo on essaiera de revenir ici Merci pour tout et au revoir car ce matin notre taxi était la a 5 h00 👍😊

Good place to stay. Hotel has classic decoration, is clean, rooms are spacious, near from transport, restaurants, 7 eleven and bars at Shinjuku. If you want a quiet place and save money this is a good place to stay. The only weird thing is that you have to leave the key every time you go out, but it is because rooms do not have technology to be opened by digital card.

Property is dated, definitely older than other hotels in the area, but they keep it pretty well/clean. Very basic hotel, but perfect for us; we just came back to sleep at night, didn’t spend all the money to fly to Tokyo to stay in a hotel. Bus stop is 3 minutes away, Shinjuku metro station 15 min, very convenient. There’re many eateries & shop in the area (mostly Korean as Shinjuku is the major K-town of Tokyo). Definitely would stay here again!

This was our first trip to Tokyo, and we gave a lot of thought (and research!) about where to stay, and we’re so glad we picked this area (Kabukicho/Shinjuku). The prime location of this hotel beats everything else! The price is very decent considering where it is, plus it’s very roomy, and has its own fridge, and Japanese style bathroom, which we enjoyed. The staff is very courteous, and accommodating. We would definitely come back again!

For the value for money, this place is excellent. It is quite close to Shinjuku station and to all the shops and amenities. As the other reviewers suggest yes it is old, but it is very clean. It is well run, and the rooms are very large for Japan, which was excellent for our last three nights, as we needed to have space to organize our purchases. I highly recommended place as excellent value for money. They also allowed us to store our luggage in preparation for our flight home.
