There's no staff reception or check in staff at the property, but you can easily contact someone on the iPads located on the ground floor. Our room was very compact, but had everything we needed, there was even a bathtub, which is pretty sweet. The room was very clean, the bed was comfy, and the property was within a comfortable walking distance of a train station. All-in-all, a great budget-concious option.

Nice and quite neighborhood, it needs to take about 5min walk to metro subway. Facility of the room is great. Love to use the code to enter the room. So there is not risk to lost the enter card.

盆期間前後に宿泊したが、安くても2泊で2万ほどを覚悟していたが、1万5千円もせず楽天の運営しているホテルということで安さと安心感があった。チェックイン時はタブレットで通話するが、他の人とタイミングが被ると聞き取りづらいかもしれない。部屋は狭いが、都内で浅草、スカイツリー、両国まで徒歩30分かからず行ける範囲で、レンタサイクルをするとすぐに着く。ただ、浅草は自転車で行くと自転車の置き場に困るため、基本は歩きが良い。特に最寄駅である、本所吾妻橋駅からは1本で羽田空港まだ行くことができるため、飛行機で旅行する際には良い。パジャマは日数分あったが、1枚腕のところに血の後のようなものがあり、少し気になった。また、そこらじゅうで洗面所の扉を開けて風呂に入らないように、入ると火災報知器が誤作動するとあったが、お風呂の換気扇は扇風機と間違えるほど音が大きく、換気してます！感が満載の換気扇なので、お湯を使いおわり熱気はものの数分で無くなってしまい、とても気持ちの良い風呂上がりになる。ちなみに、コーヒーマシンがあり、ウェルカムドリンクだそうです。確認をしました。朝の目覚めのコーヒーになりました。気になるところもあったが、この値段ならいいかと感じるレベル、徒歩で観光もでき、交通も便が良い為満足度が高い。

I enjoyed my stay here at Rakuten stay in the okaimono panda room. The only small issue i had was the ac would drip on me at night when i was sleeping. Everything else was really nice. Great area to stay in. I'll definitely book here in the future.

飯店地點很方便、一邊是淺草、一邊是晴空塔走路皆可到達😊 每天都可以從窗戶看到晴空塔出門晴空塔與你打招呼很棒的感覺😍 但對長時間住宿的房客，打掃房間的問題要注意⚠️ 可以即時與客服人員反應☺️ 客服人員也會儘量處理圓滿！

部屋からは残念ながらスカイツリーは見えませんでしたが、ホテルから出て四つ角から突然見えるスカイツリーの大きさに驚きます。夜のライトアップされたスカイツリーは一段とステキでした。本所吾妻橋駅に限らず、浅草にも押上にもアクセス良かったです。

大変良かったです。全体的に新築感・清潔感があり、無人フロントも便利でした。1ヶ月近い滞在でしたが、チェックイン時に遅くなってしまった際の対応、備品の補充連絡の対応、全て丁寧で、清掃用具貸出しの希望までもご対応頂きまして、とても感動しました。有難く貴重な体験をさせて頂きありがとうございました。

Very easy to use and convenient location for anyone wanting to go to Skytree or usd the Asakusa line. Only negatives were having all the lights connected to one switch, and finding some receipts and postcards from previous guests under the mattress.

コーヒーメーカーでおいしいコーヒーが飲めます。そのほか日本茶などはなし。加湿器・レンジなど備え付けなし。バス＆トイレは清潔感があり広めで使いやすい。ミラーの一部がくもり止め加工されていて気配りされている印象。ベッドが広い分、デスクまわりや廊下は狭めです。
