Its fine for this reservation. I stayed for 3 nights, no clean service, and no one changed the sheets. Had to sleep on the same sheet for three nights. Also, the room is so small that i could barely move around in it. Good thing its close to the subway and the commute is good.

Xian cheng yong hong kong, jiang chung chiang, and mr. Cheng quan hao hen shiu tiao. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They are very kind and attentive.

The hotel is quite average and has old decor, but the sanitation and cleanliness are good. It is relatively convenient. Very close to the city center. From the quiet to downtown, it has a better rest environment. There are many bars around the hotel.

The hotel was clean and tidy and the employees were eager to communicate in English which is rare in Japan. Only downside was the slow wifi but it worked fine at the lobby so no complaints.

I've stayed at this hotel many times before the change in name from when it was the Lonestar. Rooms are small and not for everyone, but I am comfortable here. Staff are friendly, and the location is convenient to the tunnel system to the JR Shinjuku station and the Tokyo subway Gyoenmae, 3-chome station.

Im happy with the hotel, i stayed in a double room with one extra bed for 6 people. I checked in at midnight at 2 am. The room is comfortable and the bathroom is large.

The location is good, the room is very clean, all used pola, you can take a bath, very comfortable. The room wasnt as small as expected, and the sister at the front desk was very patient! Service is excellent without being overserved.

The staff is friendly, the room is clean, but if breakfast is meaningful for you, this hotel cant fulfill it. The location is easy to get to mrt and about 8-10 minutes walk to the streets of shinjuku shopping area. Yes, you must ask for daily drinking water at the information counter by yourself every day unless you want it!.

The bed was uncomfortable and hard, and it was quite noisy. And then, the bed is very uncomfortable. After that, this place is affordable. Subsequently, they have a nice staff and clean rooms. Hereafter, its strategic location close to tourist attractions, subways, nightlife, etc.

Shinjuku station is only a short walk away from this place, and its in shinjuk station. The bathroom is spotless, while the room has enough space. Excellent location.

Not only is the front desk girl lovely, but also kind and proficient in english! The front counter boy is also a nice guy and fluent in both english and english.
