Hotel ini sangat cocok untuk liburan keluarga, lokasi sangat nyaman, ada stasiun kereta bawah tanah di seberang hotel dan Kuil Sensoji berjarak 10 menit berjalan kaki.

Im glad i chose mimaru asakusa station because this is my first trip to tokyo! Despite not being in the city center, it is conveniently located right next exit 4 of the Ginza line, which has stairs. The staff is friendly, and i will definitely choose to stay here again!.

Lokasinya sangat dekat dengan kereta bawah tanah Asakusa, sehingga sangat nyaman untuk berbelanja dan makan di dekatnya. Kamar dengan pemandangan sungai sangat indah, dan terdapat rooftop yang menghadap ke malam hari.

Layanan concierge memuaskan. Detail diperhatikan. Saat penggunaan mesin cuci sempat ada kendala yang mengakibatkan salah satu jaket robek, sepertinya karena over volume walaupun yang kami cuci tidak melebihi kapasitas berat mesin cuci, namun demikian pihak hotel dengan segera meminta maaf dan mengganti jaket yang rusak dengan jaket yang baru padahal kami juga merasa bersalah dan sudah berkalikali menolak pemberian jaket tersebut, thank you so much for the new jacket. And also special thanks for Ms Moka, Somit dan semua staff yang sangat ramah dan sangat membantu selamat kami stay di Mimaru Asakusa, semoga one day kami bisa kembali ke sana, arigatou gozaimashita

The staff is friendly and accommodating. The hotel is in the perfect location, with easy access to ginza and asakusa lines for getting around tokyo. The rooms are perfect for a small family.

We are very happy we chose to stay here. The hotel is highly recommended. I love the spaciousness and cleanliness of the room. The view from the 7 th floor was amazing and we had access to the roof terrace as well. Edited, i forgot to add that the staff is very welcoming. Thank you for being here for the first time in japan.

We spent four nights at this location. It was a tight fit with two adults and four children, but it wasnt too bad. The views are fantastic, and the beds were the most comfortable of any hotel ive ever stayed in! Update I should also highlight the convenience factor for this hotel. Very close to the asakusa train station, numerous convenience stores, restaurants, and one right downstairs. Its really cool to have rooftop access until 10.00, with an amazing view of sky tree and the asahi 'golden poop!.

The most comfortable place ive ever stayed! Despite being on vacation, i slept soundly and felt completely at home. Its location is really handy. Because it is so roomy and lovely, i wish i could purchase this apartment. And i always felt like i could ask the front desk staff for advice they are incredibly kind and accommodating, and they speak excellent english. When i needed 100 yen coins to purchase from the capsule machine at the nearby mall, they even made some change for me. And they even offered us umbrellas and other items to borrow. After my 10hour flight, i desperately needed a hairbrush, and they offered some as complimentary amenities. So lovely! Anyway, i really enjoy the mimaru brand thanks to this experience. I will definitely make another reservation here because returning to this lovely hotel after a long day was such a relief. Thank you to the mimaru employees, especially the kind housekeeping ladies!.

Kamarnya bersih, ada dapur kecil dan meja makan. Anda dapat pergi ke supermarket terdekat untuk membeli beberapa barang kecil dan buah-buahan untuk diolah. Tempatnya bagus dan kedua koper tidak terlalu ramai jika dibentangkan. Tempat tidurnya nyaman dan nyaman untuk tidur, tapi dua tempat tidur single memiliki roda yang bisa digerakkan, yang saya tidak terbiasa. Counternya sangat ramah dan berbicara bahasa Inggris dengan baik, jadi komunikasi tidak menjadi masalah. Ada permainan papan dan peralatan listrik yang dapat dipinjam secara gratis. Traveling in tokyo with young children can be challenging, so it was nice to have a little more space, including a kitchenette and dining area. The bathroom was great. The reception staff were very helpful. The location was convenient.

I would definitely stay again and would strongly recommend this apartment hotel and the mimaru chain! The location is ideal. Next to the sumida river and right next to the exit of the train station. The apartment is tastefully constructed, and the room is spacious for tokyo. We stayed with two adults and two children. However, the service, led by shiva and his wonderful team, is outstanding. They attempted to assist me in resolving a problem that wasnt mine or theirs as a team. They were attempting to assist a friend who wasnt even a visitor to get it to me after she left something in another hotel. I sincerely appreciate them going above and beyond to assist my friend.

I would definitely return and stay here. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. The location is unbeatable, its less than 5 minutes away from two metro stations. The laundry service and the kitchen in your room were both excellent. We arrived early, and fortunately, our room was ready for checkin. There is a small early checkin fee, but it is well worth it.
