easy check in the staff was friendly close to grocery stores and restaurants. I couldn't be happier with my hotel selection. Will definitely return the next time I am in Japan. very quiet neighborhood and close to the buses. The hotel has a shared kitchen so it made it easy to cook. Really enjoyed our 10 day stay there.

Convenient location. From Minami-Senju station, you can walk around 10 minutes or take a bus that goes right in front of the building. The subway pass or Toei pass can be of good value for this location, depending on your other plans. Grocery stores close by (within a minute) to get any snacks and drinks you may need. Staff was friendly, and check-in and check-out were easy. My room had a TV and AC unit, which was very nice for the cold winter night. TV is always nice to watch while winding down for the night or getting ready in the morning. Had no problem using the shared shower and toilets. They were not busy when I needed to use them. Clean and comfortable stay.

古いホテルなりの老朽化はあるものの清潔に掃除が行き届いていました。スタッフの方々はとても丁寧。一泊でしたが、座敷とキッチンのあるラウンジ、いつもお湯が沸いているポット、ランドリー、シャワーなど長期滞在にも居心地が良さそうでした。

호텔 위치는 역에서 도보로 10분 거리에 위치해 있으며 직진만 하면 호텔로 갈 수 있어 편합니다. 그리고 호텔까지 걸어가는데 편의점과 마트, 자판기 등 편의시설이 많아 잘 이용했습니다. 혼자서 떠난 첫 해외여행이였는데 호텔 직원분들이 사소한 질문에도 잘 답변해주셔서 매우 친철하다고 느꼈습니다. 스탠다드 룸을 이용했는데 생각보다 방이 매우 협소해서 캐리어를 들고 오시는 분들은 잘 생각하셔야 될 것 같습니다. 하지만 저렴한 도미토리 형식의 호텔과 비슷한 가격에 1인실을 사용할 수 있다는 점이 이 호텔의 강점이라고 생각합니다. 덤으로 방 안에 개인 냉장고가 있어 편리했습니다. 공용 세면대와 샤워실, 화장실이 생각보다 깨끗해서 좋았고 헤어드라이기까지 비치되어 있습니다. 그리고 전자레인지와 커피포트, 코인세탁기와 건조기 또한 편리하게 잘 이용했습니다. 마지막으로 안타까운 점은 에어컨의 청결 상태가 그리 좋지 못했다는 점이였습니다. 그 부분을 감안하면 충분히 만족할 만한 호텔이였습니다.

Perfect for a single, or couple. Tatami Mats on the floor (no shoes) Futon Style mattress. Perfect sized room. Air conditioning, small fridge. Communal kitchen. Women and Men only toilet and showers. Washer and dryer facilities. Bus stop right out the front for 210Yen, a 20min bus ride into Ueno or Akawara for fabulous quirky shopping at Don Quixote, or wander through the streets for market style food and gifts. Wonderful place. Very much enjoyed my stay. Room will get cleaned daily if requested by hanging a thing off your room door. 7/11 style place next door. Wonderful beautiful attached cafe. Super friendly staff. Also if you have too much stuff, they have a swap box. Over weight limit? Leave a deodorant or perfume, toiletries, laundry powder, etc. Such a wonderful idea. People left clothes, shoes, a back pack, which I used for my stay, and left it for Sorbonne else to use. :D free wifi.

After a long flight to get there having such a pleasant and professional greeting from Nancy made my stay at the hotel very enjoyable. I will return again to this hotel in the future. Everything was really great, exept one thing. The Bed was really uncomfortable. I took the Pillow and the Sheets and slept on the little Couch. But the rest was great. They are near the Station. Many supermarkets around. Its all clean and everbody is so nice. They offer a lot, like washing Mashine, Kitchen, Fridge, Computers and more.
