An accommodation tax per night is not included in room rate and guests require to pay at the property directly.
An Airport Limousine Bus is available to/from Haneda and Narita Airport to the property.
An extra bed is available upon request for certain room types. Please refer to the individual room descriptions for more information.
Children 6-17 years must be accompanied by an adult.
Children of all ages are included in the maximum occupancy.
Please inform the property regarding number of children and age prior to arrival.
Please note that the tax is not included in the room rates and the details are as follows:
100 JPY per person per night for room rates from 10,000 JPY to 14,999 JPY
200 JPY per person per night for any room rates over 15,000 JPY.
Applicable city tax is collected directly at the hotel.
The swimming pool is only open during the summer months from June 1 - September 30. Please contact the property for more information.
Children under 6 years are only allowed to use the kids pool.

■Notice of Guest Room Renovation from October 2, 2023
From October 2, 2023, we will begin renovation work in order to improve the comfort of our guest rooms and provide high-quality modern luxury.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused to our guests, although we are taking all possible measures to prevent noise pollution.
Renovation period
The renovation is scheduled to last approximately 15 months, from Monday, October 2, 2023 to Saturday, December 14, 2024.
Construction is scheduled to take place 6 days a week, Monday through Saturday.
(Excluding Sundays, Golden Week, Bon holidays, year-end and New Year holidays, etc.)
Renovation work area
The guest rooms and corridors on the 7th through 31st floors will be completely renovated in sequence.
Impact of the renovation work
Noisy work will be conducted from 11:00AM to 02:30PM, Monday through Saturday.
Some noise may be generated at other times as well.
Impact on the building
Restaurants and bars will be open as usual.
However, construction noise is expected to affect the hotel lobby and restaurant & bar from 11:00AM to 02:30PM after April 2024.

■Power Outage Notice to Guests on January 8 and 9, 2024

On January 9, 2024, from midnight to around 04:30 a.m., the power will be cut off in the hotel due to a periodic inspection of the hotel's power supply facilities in accordance with security regulations.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Date and time: Tuesday, January 9, 2024, 0:00 a.m. to 04:30 a.m.

・Lights will be turned off in the lobby and guest rooms, including emergency lights
・The following facilities will not be available during the above period.
・Elevators, electrical outlets, TVs, hair dryers, refrigerators, hot water supply, toilets, air conditioners (heating), lobby pay phones, and all lighting fixtures
・All lighting fixtures, air conditioners, public telephones in the lobby, and guest room internet and Wi-Fi will be suspended from 11:30 p.m. on the 8th to 04:30 a.m. on the 9th.

The operating hours of some facilities in the hotel will be changed.
