The staff is very professional. The rooms are very comfortable. This is a great place to stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

It offers good value for the money considering that it is tokyo, clean, and the staff is helpful. It will work very well if you have a business nearby. A negative is that the amenities are subpar, the area is very busy, too quiet on weekends, and the atmosphere is sterile. Stay here if it's convenient, but don't if you're looking for a fun trip.

I stayed at this hotel twice, but this time it was good value, especially for 23 rooms. The hotel staff was incredibly polite and helpful, and they provided good service. It is in the middle of Tokyo. The air in Tokyo is dry in the winter, and using air conditioning makes it even dryer. A humidifier and air cleaner in the room helped me sleep. The machine has only Japanese labels, so I need to ask the receptionist to help. A new breakfast service was launched in September 2019, and it has been a huge improvement from my previous visit. Although the price is low, there is a wide variety of dishes from Japan to European America with a new year special menu, and the food is good simple fruits that were meat, not from tin. Breakfast is served on the balcony of the restaurant next door. The restaurant staff were extremely friendly and kind and enjoyed talking with them. There were some comments about electrical outlets, but the one under the desk next to the bed was close enough to extend a cable in the bed. It was no problem for me.

Overall, a positive experience Room is clean and neatly maintained. Very quiet and no disturbance of any kind, so you get a good night's sleep. Location is convenient. The Roppongi Income Station is in the same building. Roppongi is valued. staff is polite and helpful 15 minutes. I can speak English, I may borrow an umbrella on a rainy day. Thanks. Wi-Fi is free and fast Points that need improvement Check-in time is strictly 3 am.. I arrived at 10 h.. I was denied a room.. To get early access to the room you have to pay 1700 senhor.. big drawback. International travelers may be flexible. The hotel is a bit pricey considering the location, restaurant and amenities. Breakfast is served starting at 79 a.m. It appears to have been outsourced. Location on the 3 nd floor. Same menu repeats every day. After day 2. Vegetarians have very limited options. But I must appreciate and thank Mary for making a delicious omelet for me for two days. Channels in the room are primarily Japanese. They can think of international visitors and provide some english channels..

Hotel ini terletak di daerah roppongi yang merupakan salah satu distrik bisnis di tokyo. Ini membuat hotel Fontaine Roppongi menjadi hotel yang cocok untuk saya dalam perjalanan bisnis, terutama karena klien saya berada di daerah Akasaka dan Nishishinbashi. Kamar yang saya tempatkan tidak bisa dibilang luas, tetapi mengingat ini bukan hotel bintang lima dan lokasinya di tengah tokyo, itu cukup wajar. Begitu saya masuk kamar, saya agak terganggu dengan bau sesegera mungkin rokok di dalam kamar. Sekali lagi, cukup wajar karena saya memesan kamar merokok karena harganya sedikit hrdnya murah. Kasur yang ada cukup nyaman dan tersedia TV dengan beberapa pilihan saluran. Di beberapa lantai terdapat mesin penjual minuman kaleng, makanan kemasan, dan beberapa kebutuhan sederhana lainnya seperti kaus dalam. Reservasi saya sudah termasuk sarapan yang letaknya tepat di depan meja resepsionis. Sarapan prasmanan yang ditawarkan hanya memiliki sedikit pilihan, tetapi rasanya lumayan. Proses cek in dan checkout berjalan lancar dan staf di resepsionis juga dapat mengakomodasi permintaan saya dengan baik dalam bahasa Inggris yang lancar. Mengingat lokasinya yang ada di roppangi, hotel ini juga sepertinya cukup pas untuk traveler yang ingin mencoba hiburan malam di toyo.
