Perfect location if you looking hotel around Shinjuku area. Just one step from JR Shinjuku Station & Bus Station. Room is not too big but comfortable. Staff is helpful. Many good restaurant, very close to Takashimaya & Isetan Shinjuku. There is Airport Limousine Bus for Narita & Haneda!

We stay here everytime we come to Tokyo! Just love this hotel, its twin room is spacious and comfortable, suitcase can be put underneath beds. Location is convenient, right next to subway E line, walking distance to Shinjuku JR station.

The biggest plus for this hotel is location, location, location. It is situated within a five minute walking distance of the Shinjuku station, though one needs to take the right gate out to be closest to it, (that would be the South gate of the original station). The room is of reasonable size by Japanese standards, and the nightly fare is within the range that one would expect for a prime area like this. A downside, at least in my personal opinion, is the checking-in process. There’s no such thing as checking in as much as one minute before 3 o’clock, and when one does check in it must be through a digital system that can turn a simple matter of getting the keys to one’s room into a protracted and slightly frustrating experience. All that said, would we stay here again if we were in the area? Probably.

Great place as it is on route with the Narita airport limousine bus service so made it easy to get to. Hotel has a great location as we walked to everything in Shinjuku. Close to the train station and family mart across the street. They had a great area of toiletries and coffee/teas you could help yourself to if you so wish. Was a great hotel would totally stay here again!
