Excellent séjour, hôtel neuf et très propre, très bonne literie et salle de bain, la décoration est de bon goût. Présence de petits bruits de tuyauterie, facilement éliminés avec des bouchons d'oreille. Petit déjeuner correct.

Ich habe im Hotel mittlerweile zum 3. Mal übernachtet, weil ich die Lage in Shinjuku einfach perfekt finde. Bis zur Shinjuku Station sind es maximal 7 min Fußweg. Das Personal war jedes Mal nett und hilfsbereit und die Verständigung auf Englisch war kein Problem. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und auch für Alleinreisende groß genug. Was jedoch nicht allzu perfekt ist, sind die hellhörigen Zimmer. Wenn nachts um 2 Uhr andere Gäste um einen herum duschen gehen, könnte es etwas lauter werden ;) aber das ist wirklich meckern auf hohem Niveau.

The location is very convenient to Shinjuku. The rooms are small but clean and up to date. The service is excellent! We speak no Japanese but wanted to send our luggage forward to our next destination. They organized that service for us, calling the next hotel to confirm our reservation. When they found a Suica card on the floor in the lobby right after we went upstairs, they followed us upstairs to check if we dropped it. When we needed a fan, they brought one right away. When my daughter locked us out of the room, they got us a replacement key easily. The rooms are tiny, with almost no distance between beds. We got 2 rooms for the 4 of us, which was the right decision because we are big and tall. The rooms were spotless. The bathrooms were sparkling. The shower was soaking and rejuvenating. The beds were comfortable. They cleaned the rooms every day. Nighttime was quiet. This hotel is uphill (a bit) and a few blocks from all the action so it’s not loud. Nearby is a park and a few shops like an electrician supply shop. There is a 7-11 about 2 blocks away.

Larger room for Tokyo. Easily walkable from the Shinjuku train station. Breakfast was very nice. They let us leave our luggage for the day while we explored prior to our flight home later in the day.

I stayed here for 2 nights in September. The staff were very helpful, especially helping me with luggage transportation service. It was good to have access to laundry room also. The hotel is on a quieter street but still well within 5 min walk to Shinjuku area and station. Lots of food options and shopping nearby. The room was comfortable, clean and well appointed. I would stay here again ad would recommend.

The room was a bit small but perfect for traveling since I was just looking for a place to sleep/shower/store my things. The staff was very helpful. The laundry machine was good (but know that the dryer can only fully dry about half a full load of laundry). The hotel had certain toiletries available at all times (toothbrush provided; can grab razors, hair brush, slippers, etc by front desk). The temperature control was a bit slow but evetually would get the room to the right temperature. The shower was also very nice (good water pressure). Make sure to close the window when you check-in. Mine was basically fully open, and I didnt want to get bit by mosquitos in my sleep.

Great hotel that did everything we needed it to. Saw other people complaining about the size of the rooms, and so booked a superior twin. No regrets, it was a good size for us two brits. Beds were comfy, shower was great, air con worked well, and no noise from the street. What more could you want? Saw some reviews from people complaining about the cemetery - get over yourselves…
