A housekeeping service is available for an extra charge of JPY 2000. This is an additional charge and is not included in the rate.
Accommodation tax of JPY 100 is charged at the property per person per night for room rates between JPY 10,000 and JPY 14,999.
Accommodation tax of JPY 200 is charged at the property per person per night for room rates of JPY 15,000 and over.
Cancellation policy is different for each rate plans. Please check rate plan details.
Children under 12 years stay for free when using existing bedding (over 120 centimeters wide) in some room types. Only one child is allowed per one existing bedding.

Children 13 years and over are considered as adults.
The property does not provide housekeeping service.
There is an additional breakfast charge for children. Please contact the property directly for more information.

＜Hours＞ 8:00-18:00

＜Notice＞ There may be unusual smells and noise during the construction work. Scaffolding will be erected throughout the building and mesh sheets will be installed. Noise and odor will be generated during the construction work. Since work may be performed near guestroom windows, we ask that you keep curtains closed. The hotel will be closed on January 12, 2025 (Sunday) after check-out due to power outage during the construction work. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

Please note that some facilities will be unavailable during the construction period. Details are as follows:



Laundry Room: January 22 (Wed) – February 4 (Sat)
Eat-in Area (Vending Machines): January 24 (Fri) – February 18 (Sat)
Front Desk: January 27 (Mon) – February 21 (Fri)
A temporary front desk will be available during this period.

Please use the placed telephone at the front desk for check-in or emergency assistance after 06:00 PM.
Notice of termination of paid services (rented PCs and VOD broadcasting)
Until now, we have been offering paid services (rented PCs and VOD broadcasting), but usage has been extremely low and due to these circumstances we have decided to terminate the service.

- VOD broadcasting → Service end date: July 31, 2024
