Hotel ini terletak di lingkungan perumahan biasa, tidak dekat dengan area wisata, sehingga suasananya tenang. Stasiun JR berjarak 510 menit, banyak minimarket seperti level, watson 100, keluarga mart untuk membeli makanan ringan saat sarapan. Kamar mandi dan toilet sangat bersih. Ada bak mandi Jepang untuk berendam yang bisa dipesan untuk dipakai. Ada dapur, minuman air putih, greentree, kopi gratis. Hairdryer juga dapat dipinjam tanpa biaya.

入口から廊下、部屋、洗面所、トイレ、風呂などすべて清潔で気持ちよかったです。朝の時間帯にほかの部屋のバタバタする音がきこえるのは、この価格では仕方が無いとおもいます。キッチンで無料のコーヒー、お茶のサービスうれしかった。受付の方も質問にしっかり受け答えしてくださいました。

The room is very small and only big enough for you to store your luggage and walk in and out. However, if you`re only there to sleep, it doesn`t matter. Depending on the room, you might get different kinds of beds. The bed in the first room was hard and uncomfortable but the second room bed was very soft and comfortable. Nevertheless, this hotel was clean and the staff was awesome. They let me check in earlier than the check-in time and held my luggage after I checked out.

距離南千住站走路約十分鐘，車站外機能方便，沿路安全且安靜，老闆娘人很好，會帶你參觀與介紹環境，日本的隔音就是稍微比較不佳，但這個價錢跟位置，真的不能要求再更多了，的時候剛好是櫻花季，沿路都非常的漂亮喔～會再來住的。（個人旅遊）
