Accommodation tax will be charged directly at the property from December 1, 2019.
Children 4-12 years old will have to be accompanied by an adult when using the spa facilities including the open-air heated tub, hot springs bath and pool.
Children age 3 years old and below are not allowed to enter the spa facilities including the open-air heated tub, hot springs bath and pool.
Due to the local regulation, guests with a tattoo are not allowed to enter the spa.
Guest must be at least 13 years old to access fitness center.
Guest must be at least 4 years old to access spa.
[Notice of Jet bath breakdown in indoor pool]
We would like to inform you that the indoor jet bath is closed due to a malfunction in the water supply equipment.
*Hot spring, swimming pool, outdoor jet bath and warm room can be used as normal.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the spa reception.

Notice: Regarding the guest room no-smoking policy
From June 3rd (Sat.) 2023, all guest rooms at Hotel Chinzanso Tokyo will be declared no-smoking.
Smoking areas will continue to be available at the Hotel Building 3rd floor smoking room,and outside on the 3rd floor of the Banquet Building.
Heated tobacco products must also be used in the designated smoking areas.
Acknowledging the increased demand for separation of smoking areas and designated no-smoking areas, we ask for your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

Kindly note the following changed operational procedures:
* The private minibar in the room is not available (except for suite rooms).
* The room service menu and service hours are limited.
* Advance reservations for restaurants and treatments are strongly recommended.
* The number of visitors to YU, THE SPA is limited.
(Guests with spa access included in their room package will have priority, but may be asked to wait if it is too crowded.)
* The compound cannot be accessed through the Kabukimon gate in the garden.
* The free Shuttle Bus from/to Ikebukuro is operating with reduced hours.
*The Airport Limousine Bus service (Haneda/Narita) is unavailable until further notice.

There is a fee of JPY 4,400 for the use of spa and the pool. Some packages or some room types have free spa and the pool access included.
The swimming pool, whirlpool, outdoor whirlpool, and sauna in the pool facility will not be available from February 26 to March 1, 2024 and September 2 to 6 Seotember, 2024 due to maintenance.
The spa, fitness gym, spa lounge, and treatments will be available as usual.

The property will carry out legal inspections of electrical equipment based on the Electricity Business Act from 1:00 am to 5:00 am on January 5, 2024 at midnight (early morning on January 5).
During the inspection, guest will not be able to use the electrical equipment in the building.
