大塚駅横の立地は便利で池袋隣なのに静かで歩きやすいです。ホテル内のお正月飾りも素敵で快適な年越しとなりました。シャンプーも髪のまとまりが良いタイプのものが置いてあったのでラッキーでした。お掃除大変かと思いますが、お風呂のタイル目地の汚れが気になったので、そこだけ。スタッフさんの接客も良かったので、また泊まりたいと思います。

梅雨入でいつ雨が降るかわからない中いつでも外出の際には傘を用意して頂けました。ホテル内は、もとても清潔で、気持ち良く2泊３日を過ごせました。コロナ対策もしっかりされていたので安心出来ました。

到着が夜中の1時過ぎになってしまったのですが、気持ち良く迎えて頂きました。連泊で快適に過ごせました。大塚駅も利用しやすい駅ですから、東京に不慣れな方にこちらのホテルはおすすめです。

ベッド上に置いてある円柱形のクッションが、背中に座り心地が良くて快適でした。滞在中困ったことがあったとき、スタッフさんがとても丁寧にご対応くださいました。コロナ禍での長期滞在で不安がありましたが心地よく過ごせました。スタッフさんには感謝の気持ちでいっぱいです。部屋は長期滞在だったために壁や床にあるシミに気がついてしまいましたが、全体的に綺麗だったので許容範囲です。朝食は飲み物も食事もバリエーションが少ない気がしたのであともう一歩と感じました。駅近なので迷わずにホテルにたどり着けます。池袋周辺でホテルを探すときはまたここを選びたいと思います。

The hotel was very nice and just a couple of minutes from the station. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The many small details in the room such as the heated mirror so it doesn’t fog up made this stay a wonderful experience.

フロントの対応が非常に好感がもて、しっかりしていた。婚礼を取り扱っているからか、サービスはこのクラスの中では非常に良いと思いました。喫煙部屋を予約したが窓が開かないので、臭いの気になる人は気をつけた方が良いかもしれない。駅近で立地は非常に便利で、仕事がしやすい大きい机とイスがあったのも高ポイントです。次もまた利用したいです。

チェックインよりかなり早い時間から荷物を預かって頂けたのでとても助かりました！再度夜に戻ると、荷物はしっかり部屋へ移動してくれていました！駅からもコンビニからも近く、駅近くには居酒屋などもあって夜遅くまで楽しめたので、立地は良いと感じました。チェックアウトの際にホッカイロを頂けたのでほっこりしました。

ビジネスホテルではたいへん珍しい、バスとトイレが別というのは素晴らしかった。室内の備品も最良で、ベッドに抱き枕みたいなのがあって快眠できた！また宿泊したいと思います。さらに大塚駅前という、新宿や秋葉原などと比べて人が少ないのも良かった！そして、徒歩10秒でローソンがあるので最高！

今回は一週間の滞在でした。大塚駅から近く、付近の飲食店へのアクセスに便利なのと、銭湯へも比較的アクセスしやすく長期で滞在するのに良いです。また、今回は部屋で仕事をしていて、ベッドメイキングの時間を過ぎてしまいましたが、フロントの方がアメニティやタオル等を交換してくれたりして、臨機応変に対応してもらい助かりました。また、利用しようと思います。
