[Regarding use of swimming pool in “Allamanda Spa Aoyama Club”]
Swimming pool in “Allamanda Spa Aoyama Club” will be available for charge starting from April 11, 2022 although hotel guests have been allowed as special benefits so far.
Gym and locker area is continued to be available as special benefits.

■Starting date: New Bookings created after 0:00 AM on April 11, 2022
■Entrance fee: 3,300 JPY （tax included）/per person /per use
■Requirements of use: Hotel guests only and must be over 18 years old.
※The entry for child is not allowed. Those who are under 18 years old cannot enter and utilize even if their parents accompany them.
■Notice:
・Guests with tattoos are not allowed to enter and utilize the facility.
・“Allamanda Spa Aoyama Club” cannot be used after check-out.
・We may limit occupancy to avoid the crowds depending on the situation.
・Rental item will be charged separately.
・Please do not utilize the facility wearing bathrobe and slippers.
・Please refrain from taking photos and videos in the facility.
・Closed on 1st of every month.
・Closed for 6 irregular days in a year for maintenance.

Children aged 0 to 5: Free of charge when sharing existing beds (Extra bed usage: ¥15,000 per child per night).
Children aged 6 and above: Adult rates will be charged.
Due to the tax regulation, all guests are committed to the city tax surcharge which is not included in the property reservation cost and will be collected by the property upon check-in.
Guests must inform the property of each guest’s gender so that proper room amenities can be set up.
Guests under 18 years old are not permitted to use fitness center, swimming pool, spa and sauna.
Guests with tattoos may not be permitted to use the property’s public bathing areas.
Pets are strictly prohibited at the property, with the exception of guide dogs.
Entrance on Aoyama street is closed from 12:00 AM to 06:30 AM. If guests arrive during that time, please use front entrance on Stadium street.
The first floor Italian restaurant "IL pinolo" will be closed on 28 December 2024.
The property will close the fitness center on 1st of every month.
