Staf dan fasilitas toko terburuk. Saya menginap di kamar untuk 6 orang. Situs reservasi mengatakan handuk dan handuk disediakan, tetapi saya jelas diberitahu bahwa tidak ada. Ketika saya mengatakan saya telah menulisnya, saya diberitahu bahwa ada biaya handuk dan tidak dapat disewa setelah jam 11 malam. Tidak ada penjelasan saat check-in dan tidak ada tempat terdekat untuk membeli, jadi saya tidak bisa mandi. Tenda rusak dan staf di resepsionis memiliki sikap dan layanan yang buruk. Saya tidak akan pernah datang lagi. Kamar sebelah sangat bising bahkan pada pukul 1:20 siang. Ternyata itu adalah hari terburuk yang pernah terjadi. Saya pikir akan lebih baik memperbaikinya demi pelanggan.

Lokasinya bagus, check-in cepat, di mana-mana bersih dan indah. Fasilitas seperti teh, kopi, dan shower tersedia di bagian penerima tamu. Tentu saja ini adalah angka yang kecil, tetapi ini adalah hal yang normal di Jepang.
