According to the local tax regulations, guests need to pay accommodation tax directly at the property upon check-in. The tax is charged per person, per night, and based on the room rate:
The accommodation tax is JPY 0 is per person, per night for room rates less than JPY 10,000.
The accommodation tax is JPY 100 per person, per night for room rates between JPY 10,000 and JPY 15,000.
The accommodation tax is JPY 200 is per person, per night for room rates JPY 15,000 and above.
We will be rebranding as Comfort Hotel ERA Tokyo Higashi Kanda Thursday, February 6, 2025. We want our guests to enjoy their travels more actively and in their own way with our full range of services. Accordingly, the complimentary breakfast services will be ended on the morning of February 6th. We are planning to improve the contents of the breakfast services and would like to charge them on and from the next morning.
