Excellent staff.They diligently worked with the airport to find/get me my lost luggage. Reasonably priced breakfast, drinks, very clean, and in a very safe neighborhood with great transportation options.Takeshi and team rocks!

離馬喰橫山站和東日本橋站很近，去的時候google map叫我坐到小傳馬町站反而要走比較久，走沒幾步路就有便利商店，還有超市。員工很親切，房間、浴室和廁所都很乾淨，4人房是有空間可以打開27吋行李箱，房內還有置物櫃和拖鞋，交誼廳有冰箱和廚具可自行使用。地下室晚上是bar早上是咖啡廳，在那裡用餐很舒服，check out之後也可寄放行李，推推！

とても清潔で素敵な空間でした。朝、寝坊をしてしまいご迷惑をおかけしたのに、明るく丁寧に対応して頂きました。また是非宿泊したいです。

ずっと前から泊まってみたかったCITANさん。周辺はオフィス街と問屋街と飲食店があるため、人の往来は多いですが、割と静かな印象です。室内はとても快適。ドミトリーもあるので、共有スペースやキッチンがあり、個室利用者でも食器類の利用が可能でした。シャワー室もとても綺麗です。部屋には最低限のアメニティが揃っていて不便もありません。必要なアメニティはフロントで購入できます。歯ブラシとバスタオルはお部屋に準備されています。

CITAN is by far the best hostel I’ve ever stayed in!! When we arrived, they greeted us by name before we even introduced ourselves. It felt so wonderful to be welcomed by a team of employees who really cared about their hostel. The hostel was clean (especially important since we visited at the beginning of the COVID-19 scare), well managed, and stylish. The lounge downstairs is awesome, especially when you need a night off from the hustle & bustle. Their cafe is fantastic for breakfast. Their breakfast sandwich was my favorite, and their lattes are delicious. The soaps in the showers/bathroom are locally & ethically sourced, which was a nice touch. One night, a staff member asked us what our plans were for the evening, and the next day, they followed up and asked if we had fun. The employees at CITAN truly go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable, welcomed, and appreciated.

行ったらまずBARの音楽が大きくてビックリしました。お客さんも海外の方が多いです。年末だったせいもあるのが、ドミトリータイプの部屋だと朝早くから動く方は気を使うかなと思います。でも楽しく過ごさせて頂きました。
