Children over the age of 6 years old will be charged the same accommodation fee as adults.

・Please note that we do not provide airport transportation.

Please note that the following fees are not included in the room rates and must be paid directly at the hotel.
- Additional fee of JPY 100 per person per night for room rates from JPY 10,000 to JPY 14,999
- Additional fee of JPY 200 JPY per person per night for room rates over JPY 15,000

Saturday, Sunday, holidays and special days 07:00AM～09:00AM／10:00～09:00PM
Last admission 08:00PM, Pool closes at 08:30PM

※Children are allowed to use the pool only during July and August.

If the name on the guest's passport is different from the name on the reservation, we may not be able to accommodate you. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please make sure to register the full name of the guest on the reservation as it appears on the guest's passport. If you did not register the guest's name at the time of reservation, please change the guest's name on the confirmation page of the reservation details.We prohibit the resale of reservations to others, or any reservation activities deemed for commercial purposes.
