チェックイン時に荷物がたくさんあり、部屋まで一緒に運んでくれて、宅配の預かりや、スーツケースの預かりも受けてくれました。丁寧に対応してくれて、本当にお世話になりました。交通のアクセスも羽田空港から一本で、周りの環境もとてもよかったです。また帰国時に利用したいです！

他の方のレビューを見て正直不安でした。テレビ冷蔵庫エアコンドライヤー食器バスタオルあります。エアコンの匂いも気にならなかったです！駅　スーパー　コンビニ　カフェ　飲食店近くにたくさんあります。スタッフの方はチェックインの際などお会いしていませんがメッセージでやりとりできるのですぐに連絡できて対応して頂けるのでわざわざロビーに行く手間が省けてありがたかったです。ベランダもとても綺麗で朝からベランダでコーヒーを飲んでゆっくり過ごしました！ここは場所的にも東京のいろんな所に行けたので安いし今度から東京行くなら絶対ここです！素敵な旅ができました。ありがとうございました！レビューを見て悩んでいる方へ！部屋に上がるまでの階段は建物が古いので少しボロく感じますが室内は本当に素敵なホテルでした！対応もいいです！トイレとお風呂が別なのもありがたい！ベットも綺麗でした！布団の匂いも気にならないです！ハンガーなどもあって夜洗濯できたのも助かりました。

Despite the fact that this place is close to the beach, it is still very quiet and has a beautiful view. The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially rina, who helped us with our luggage. We were also impressed by the service provided by mr. Chan. She was very kind and attentive. I would definitely come back here again.

This place comes highly recommended. You can walk for 1.2 kilometers to the sensoji temple. The hotel is spotless and you can cook. There is a chef here. A twominute walk will get you to asakusa station, and zomae station is only ten minutes away. Its in incredibly good location.

This hotel offers brandnew amenities, conveniently located near the station. Additionally, there is a communal kitchen available for cooking in the hotel, making it incredibly convenient. It is highly recommended for both longterm and shortterm business trips.

The bed is comfortable and the blanket is very thick. The beds and mattresses are small so if you are tall or big it can be an issue. There is a thermostat for hot water, i found out after taking snooze lol. Booked through Airbnb and they responded very quickly to any problems, offered food recommendations, and were very nice and helpful.

The lift only goes to the sixth floor. If you have large luggage, please ask staff for not 7 feet. What we love most about this place is the receptionists impressive style.

This accommodation was really good the only downside was the lift didn’t go all the way up to or room, it stopped two levels below and then we had to carry luggage and prams up two floors of stairs. Otherwise was good accommodation

The room was good and clean, which was a great surprise since as after making the reservation we read terrible reviews regarding cleanness. The common areas seem a bit neglected and not so clean though. The Kuramae area is nice, the hotel is close to the subway.

他の方の口コミ程ひどくはなかったです。事前に電話連絡があり、女性の方に丁寧にチェックインの段取りを教えて頂きました。部屋も清掃されていました。ただ、建物が古いせいか、老朽化は否めないです。浴槽も掃除はされているのでしょうけど…使用感はありますね。静かな場所ですし、立地はいいのでペット連れの方などは良いのではないでしょうか。
