I found the staff were very helpful with communication through expedia.. wonderful!! Thank you.. very clean.. great.. the only problem was elevator does not match room.. so you have to walk one flight up or down. But everything else great! Thank you!

Personale molto gentile e struttura pulita e accogliente, ottima posizione strategica! Abbiamo preso un treno comodissimo ( ce ne sono ogni circa 15 minuti) per Genova Nervi ed abbiamo passato una straordinaria giornata al mare!

Habitación amplia, limpia y cerca del puerto. Hay una zona pequeña entre el hotel y el puerto que es poco turística y no pasaría por la noche. La puedes evitar yendo por la zona del puente.

An overpriced hotel near the bus station, train station, and a cruise terminal. Dodgy area around with homeless/strange individuals loitering around the hotel entrance. The elevator won't fit one person. Front desk was helpful, cleaning personnel needs training and stricter supervision.
