Quelle surprise nous avons eu en entrant dans la chambre. C'était comme une suite! Une grande pièce pour le lit et une grande pièce pour un divan, télé et table à manger. Tout était propre et confortable. Nous avons eu droit à un accueil chaleureux.

dalla stazione treni piazza principe in 20 minuti a piedi si arriva a destinazione. bello il palazzo da fuori ma dentro ancora di più. le entrate sono due,noi siamo entrati da via caffaro 31(la più logica venendo dalla stazione). il b%b è al terzo piano di questo palazzo tutto internamente affrescato. 5 camere molto belle,pulitissime e confortevoli. i tre bagni presenti(uno a uso esclusivo gli altri due in comune) sono a pochi passi dalle camere. inutile ripetere che sono pulitissimi perchè veramente tutto nel b&b è eccellente a partire dalla pulizia. cucina in comune dove poter farsi una bevanda calda(offerta dalla struttura). presenti pure biscotti,marmellata fette biscottate. macchina del caffè a pagamento come pure acqua nel frigo. il tutto è gestito da madre e figlio,gentilissimi e disponibilissimi. straconsigliato sia per la posizione(10 minuti a piedi dal centro storico e 10 dalla spianata castelletto da dove poter ammirare il più bel panorama di genova) che per la bellezza della struttura

Ein sehr schönes eingerichtetes Hotel. Sehr freundliches Personal. Zwar nur eine Nacht übernachtet, aber trotzdem unvergesslich. Das gilt natürlich auch für die Hafenstadt ;)

Questo affittacamere ci ha lasciati piacevolmente sorpresi. Gli spazi puliti, enormi, arredati con gusto. Il contesto è unico, il palazzo nel quale si trova è affrescato dentro, un vero assaggio di Genova da vedere. Il personale super cordiale. Sono stati molto disponibili su tutto, positivi e in generale persone davvero piacevoli. Eravamo andati a Genova per l'acquario, che era a due passi dalla struttura, ma ci rimarrà molto di più da questa visita. Grazie

Hottellet är en lägenhet på 200 kvadrat som delats in i flera rum där vi fick ett ev dessa rum. Rummet var kanonfint men det var tyvärr ingen utsikt. Man har delat kök och toalett med det övriga rummen. Vi fick dock egen toalett av någon anledning. Rummet och toaletten var rena, fina och vi hörde knappt av de andra gästerna i de andra rummen. Killen i receptionen (bord i hallen) var jättetrevlig men inte allra bäst på engelska. Men vi förstod varandra. Se till att få kod på mail för att komma in i lägenheten om ni kommer då det inte finns någon i receptionen. När det gäller läget så tar det 15min till hamnen och 30min till tågstationen. Jättebra hotell som jag rekomenderar starkt och jag återvänder gärna hit.

入口が2ヶ所あり住所通りで行くと分かりにくいがCaffaro通りを登って右端のアパートが入口で表札もあります。綺麗で快適に過ごせますが、台所のカフェマシンの使い方を聞いた方がいいです。コーヒー持参でないとだめなような。近くに果物屋、パン屋、Barなどがあって便利です。バス停もすぐです。ホテル受付時間は短いけどいなくてもきちんとメールで入り方やキーを用意してくれます。
