Es un lugar agradable para un viaje sin pretensiones. Esta bien para alguien solo o en pareja si se anda de mochilero o sin ganas de gastar en hospedaje. Esta bien ubicado pero llegar al lugar no es apto para personas mayores o con limitaciones físicas, además está un poco apartado del centro pero nada de consideración. Se debe subir escaleras para llegar al elevador que lleva a la habitación, la cual es un apartamento con varios cuartos acondicionados. El cuarto es limpio, con cama grande y cómoda. Servicio de agua caliente, refrigeradora y televisión. Se brinda desayuno y es abundante (no lujoso). Esta bien en la relación costo calidad

Important... Go to corso Italian 1-3 there several places, you can stay. Nice room centrally, love the city, parking at the train station, 10 minutes walk away.

Mi sono trovato bene sia come posizione sia come servizi della camera. Ottima la colazione in balcone e funzionale la camera. Avevo avvisato anche telefonicamente che arrivavo alle 21.30 ma all'ufficio non erano al corrente, tuttavia hanno rimediato subito e sono stati abbastanza veloci al check in

We have no complaints. All the staff were super friendly! The breakfast was excellent and it was so nice to be able to take back to our room and sit on the balcony overlooking the beautiful terrain! It was nice and close to the train station for walking. The rooms were older but very clean. The only recommendation would be to afix the shower head to the stall so you didn't have to hold it while trying to shower.

We got a great room with Air con and a fantastic balcony. Very happy with the stay, apart from two smaller things: - The room was a bit dirty, not well cleaned. - The breakfast was a sugar bomb with cookies, nutella and jam, and the last day we didn't get any breakfast at all because the girl didn't show up. Still, I would consider staying there again.

Our room was not at the address listed. Had to call office (make sure you can make a phone call). We were met by a woman on a bike, who we followed, to the apartment. The agency basically sub-leases apartments from a network of people they know and wherever they pick, is where you stay. Not sure of the legality of that but be prepared for a little surprise/ spontaneous adventure! Friendly owners, A/C didn't work. All that to say, the location of the apartment we stayed in was a 5 minute walk from the beach, great restaurants, and a boat to get to the Cinque Terre. Great view from window, we got parking and laundry included. After a sketchy start, it ended up being a great stay, even for the price. If you're flexible, this is fir you. If not, maybe find something a bit more predictable.

Quite and relaxing atmosphere but still close to the beaches and restaurangs. Good parking possibilities even if the parking lots are small for big cars. Very friendly and service minded employees.

We were not placed in La Perla Blu, but the new place is still nice. The new place is closer to the beach and city center (although Levanto is really small so it doesn't matter much). But the new place is clean, space is sufficient, but needs more lighting and illumination.
