During my european trip, I was there. The hotel is so welcoming and comfortable. The staff knows how to make you feel at home away from home. The hotel is located in the center of the town and close to the railway station. The newly renovated rooms are fantastic, and the breakfast is delicious. Totally suitable for a reasonable price. I heartily suggest it!.

This hotel is on the ground floor of an old building. Charming in many ways. Owned and operated by a lovely family. Breakfast was pretty basic. The location is great relative to the train station, but the noise from the street was a bit too much for earplugs. And they really need to invest in new beds. They are worn out.

Based on TripAdvisor reviews, we reserved a triple room for one night. Unfortunately, the room we stayed in was not as seen in the pictures. It was a separate, historic studio apartment on an advent stairway outside the hotel. The room included a kitchen, but the actual kitchen was closed off by a temporary wall. Noisy refrigerator, foul odor, loud air conditioning blowing moldy odor, bad bed without springs, and generally worn out furniture. Very happy we only stayed one night, terrible value for the money, and unfortunately would not recommend it. Also, be aware that the hotel is upstairs on the opposite side and no lift, so it's a nightmare carrying your bags yourself. The location is excellent, it's close to the main station, the aquarium, and the Garibaldi Underground.

Overall, it was a good stay. The location of this hotel is excellent, just a short walk from the Piazza principal railway station. The staff is friendly and the old building has its own gratitude. However, one must keep in mind that the receptionhotel is on the third level of the building and that there is no street level elevator, so arriving with heavy luggage can be challenging. The two-star rating for this hotel is justifiable given that it lacks the facilities required for a higher rating, but the friendly staff and the welcoming atmosphere make you feel welcome. We discovered that the room we got was a two-room studio with a full-sized fridge and an ice box. The studio did not have a kitchenette, so self-catering is not possible.
