A very unforgettable Lucca B&B.The location is only 15 minutes' walk from the old city.The accommodation is an old-fashioned villa with three floors, with its own independent yard and parking space.Breakfast here is also very rich, comparable to a 3-star hotel, but please don't forget that the price here is less than one third of that of the hotel.In short, this B&B has given me a lot of surprises, and I will choose to live here if I come to Lucca again next time.

Decided to stay here because of the 5 star reviews and wasn’t disappointed. Yes it’s the opposite side of Lucca to the train station and outside the city walls but it was only a 30 minute walk because Lucca is so tiny. Gave me the opportunity to get my bearings. And only a 5 minute walk back to the wall. Was able to check in just after 11am. Room was huge as was the bathroom & both immaculately clean. And there was a kettle! Breakfast was fantastic and laid out with great care. Lovely selection of croissants, fresh fruit, yoghurt, meats & cheese. Though be aware only one cappuccino or other hot drink is included. And you need to pay the city tax in cash.

Hyvällä sijainnilla oleva pikkuhotelli, täynnä hienoja yksityiskohtia. Huone siisti ja sänky oli hyvä. Voimakas puhdistusaineen tuoksu vähän häiritsi, mutta muuten oikein hyvä. Aamiainen monipuolinen, mutta toisen kahvikupillisen maksullisuus vähän ihmetytti. Oikein hyvää vastinetta rahalle.

Vi elskede dette anderledes B&B. Vi kom efter åbningstid, men fik mail mm. om hvorledes vi kom ind. Der lå en fin pakke med nøgle, praktisk info, wifi, forslag til gode restauranter osv. Værelset var storslået med fantastisk loftsmaleri. Værtinden var supersød og hjælpsom. Vi vil bo der næste gang vi kommer til Lucca.

Rent rom, stort bad, hyggelige ansatte, variert frokost. Kort vei fra busstopp (linje 3+ fra togstasjonen) og ca 10 minutter å gå til bymuren. Gjennomført søtt interiør som får fram smilet.

Situated in a leafy area of old mansions , it is a 10 minute walk to the old city(40 minutes to the train station). Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is one of the best cold breakfasts I’ve encountered. The noise from the road will bother some, but the hosts are obviously aware as they provide ear plugs at each bedside

Great value in a well run and beautiful BnB. The breakfast was fantastic for its variety, quality, and especially its service. What great people work there! This quality was provided at a price lower than we paid for much less attractive properties. Bravo!

The area was nice and close to the walled town. The room was super spacious and clean and the staff were extremely warm and welcoming. The only tricky part is the parking if there are more than 3 cars. All in all, would definitely stay again.
