It is conveniently located by cafes and a less than a 10 minute walk to the trains. The host was very helpful about tourist attractions. Tea, coffee, and croissants were in the room waiting for us. The place can be a bit difficult to find since it is on the 2nd floor of a building with apartments. We found it by seeing the small sign on the building as we walked past.

I loved my stay in this affitacamere. Vilma was so nice and explained us around, how to get to the beach and visit Porto Venete. I loved it very clean and please go to the restaurant a La Spezia called Buenavesta. It was a small place but the food was amazing and the staff was so nice.

Min man och jag bodde på hotellet i sex dagar. Nära till tågstationen för utflykter och centralt. Fick städat utifrån egna önskemål och renbäddat och nya handdukar efter halva tiden. Mycket trevligt välkomnande och bra information om utflyktsmål. En god upplevelse. Frukost åt vi på en bar som låg alldeles bredvid.

I had a great night here. Although it is an apartment motel, it has all the conveniences of a hotel. The room is great, with a very comfortable bed, ice cold a. I., and a good shower. All are immaculate. On the walls is really wonderful artwork. The landlord was quite polite, giving us all the information we needed to get to Cirque Terre and a free breakfast voucher down the road.

Our stay was great. The location was perfect... We went to Cinque terre each day and it was a four minute walk from the pensione. Also, it was 1/2 block to the main restaurant and shopping strip in La Spezia. The place was clean, spacious, and the staff friendly and accommodating.

Superb experience! Great service in a great room. It’s also ridiculously close to the train station if you are getting there by train or travelling to Cinque Terre. Very nice people. Make sure to download Whatsapp and you can message the owners once you arrive

On arrival, Andrea, the gentleman's landlord, was very friendly. When we called in advance to let him know when we would be arriving, he was waiting in the building's foyer. He showed us to the rooms, a collection of five with a communal area. Fortunately, there was a lift. When we arrived, he had snacks for us to enjoy and had the air conditioning running, making the room quite comfy. He gave us a brief tour of the space, then informed us about the Cirque Terre, and gave us his recommendations for places to go. He was very knowledgeable and accommodating. We appreciated the morning breakfast, which was served in a local cafe rather than a bar, as someone had previously stated. We had croissants with apricot jelly, toast, jam, and lattes. Perfect. After check-out, Andrea also allowed us to store our luggage, which was very appreciated. I intend to return to the Cirque Terre, and when I do, I'll undoubtedly stay here!.

The 5 rooms make up this accommodation in an apartment building on one level accessed via a short corridor. The rooms are centrally located and very close to the train station, which is a plus when traveling daily to the cirque terre villages. The host was very welcoming and provided lots of information about the area. The rooms are clean and decorated. However, the walls and doors lack soundproofing, so you can easily hear people coming and going and taking a shower in the nearby rooms. As part of your room price, you get vouchers for a typical Italian breakfast, pastry, coffee and juice for each person every morning of your stay which we really enjoyed. Overall a good alternative to staying in the very overpriced lodging options in the cirque terre villages themselves.

Great location, and very clean. Andrea welcomed us here and was very welcoming and gave us a lot of great tips. The location is near the station, so it's perfect if you plan to travel the circle terre by train. It's also very close to the city center.

To spend a few days discovering Cicero Terre, we made use of the Affittacamere altamarea as a base station. Between Monterosso, Vernazza, Cornelia, Manarola, and Riomaggiore, we used the local train service. The railway station is nearby, and Altamarea is within walking distance of La Spezia and the boats to Porto Veneto. The room was spacious and had a good bathroom. It was a good decision.

Good guesthouse near train station, ideal for setting a trip to Cinqueterre having La Spezia as a base. The owner is very welcomed person, gives a lot of suggestions for the trip. The room is spacious, although missing surfaces for leaving luggage, also miss a bigger table for having a breakfast, the existing table is small. Anyway there are a lot of coffee shops and restaurants nearby.
