Bersih, fasilitas ok, hanya water heater kurang stabil, variasi menu sarapan lebih diperbanyak dan rasa ditingkatkan, kalau bisa ada playground indor anak jd kalau cuaca hujan spt kemarin anak² bisa tetap bermain. Tp over all ok 👍

Bagusss bersih dapat breakfastnya sesuai harga. Untuk anak2 ada biaya tambahan tp murah kok. Kurang hanya tidak ada lift, lumayan naik turun smpe lantai 3. Penawaran paling oke.

Mohon maaf ini diluar ekspektasi bgt, pasal nya sengaja saya pilih harga nya yg paling tinggi berharap dapat kamar yang mendingan , krn tau hrg standar kisaran 300-400 , saya ambil yg 1.3 jt ini udah 3x dari harga standar . tapi pas check in kondisi kamar lembab, di tambah masuk kamar mandi bener2 z**** genangan air di area shower, kran yg berkarat kek dah puluhan tahun gk di ganti, plus bocor jg , di bawah wastafel itu gk ada penutup dong jadi terlihat kapur barus , masa sih standar *4 pake kapur barus buat toilet , pengharum toilet yg murah jg banyak . dan maaf sebelumnya saya sudah komplen ke pihak hotel untuk minta ganti kamar tapi gk di respon juga sampe pulang , dan satu lagi handuk pun gk ada, gk ada telp room , jd harus ke reception minta handuk . mumgkin klo claim nya *2 kita maklum yah tapi inj claim nya *4 parah sih . dari pihak management bukan nya minta maaf malah suruh hapus review 🤦🏻♀️ oya kamar saya di 117 mohon di cek
