Pertama kali di Sanur, kedua kalinya saya menginap di Graha Santrian dan sangat puas dengan hotel ini. Villa Shanti jauh lebih kecil tetapi saya sangat menyukainya, pada satu saat saya merasa privasi, stafnya sangat ramah, sarapannya menyenangkan dan makanan dari restoran sangat enak. Saya paling suka duduk menikmati sarapan sambil menghadap ke pantai. Secara keseluruhan layanan sesuai dengan harga yang saya bayarkan. Saya pasti akan kembali ke tempat ini.

Hotel ini memiliki lokasi dan restoran yang menghadap ke pantai. Kolam renangnya juga bagus, namun tidak ada fasilitas pembuat tehkopi di kamar, toilet minimalis dengan sabun yang sangat kecil, kertas toilet yang sangat tipis seperti tisu, tidak ada ventilasi di kamar mandi dan handuk yang sangat pendek. Staf resepsionis kurang ramah dan tidak membantu, hal yang berubah sejak terakhir kali kami di sini. Kami tidak akan kembali.

Berkeliling sepanjang pantai Sanur, ternyata hanya ada 2 hotel yang memiliki fasilitas pantai yang merupakan bagian dari area hotel dan salah satunya adalah vila Shanti Beach Hotel. Sarapan di pinggir pantai karena restoran berada di pantai. Juga berjemur di pinggir Pantai yang ditawarkan hanya untuk pengunjung yang menginap di vilage tersebut. Pada malam tertentu, di pinggirpantai ada barbeque dengan musik live. Kamarnya sangat eksotis kental dengan gaya bali dengan pelayan yang sangat ramah, tidak membedakan kami sebagai turis lokal, meskipun sebagian besar pengunjung adalah turis internasional.

Very satisfying to visit and enjoyed, this hotel has a great view and a beautiful position on the beach with many sun loungers. The hotel has an excellent cheap massages. The beachside place is convenient. There are very many loungers and the pool is very clean. The bathrooms are very terrible. The room was very old. The shower was very noisy. The bed covers were also stained and the lights in the room were not strong enough to read. For the cost, it was very affordable. I hope the maintenance is under way and the place stays more recognizable, safe and has a warm atmosphere.

Sudah cukup sering menginap di sini, karena lokasinya yang strategis dekat dengan pusat kota, banyak tempat makan juga. Hanya saja sarapan kurang bervariasi mungkin bisa ditambahkan variasinya agar tamu hrdnya nyaman.
