Everything about our stay was amazing. This is a newer hotel so everything was clean and updated. The staff were so nice and attentive. The beds were unbelievably comfortable! Walkable to many restaurants. Overall a great stay.

저희는 이그제큐티브 룸에서 4박을 이용했습니다. 객실에 청결도가 가장 중요 했는데 이 부분은 훌륭 했습니다! 저희가 예민 했던 건 모기 밖에 없는데, 이건 해결 방법이 없는 것 같아요 ㅠㅠ 사방을 이용하는 동안 위치도 괜찮았고 모든 면에서 만족 하는 숙박이었습니다! 직원 분들이 특히 너무나 다들 친절하세요~! 수줍은 동양인 들이라 인사를 제대로 하지 못 했던 게 너무 아쉬워요 ㅠㅠ 아침에 눈뜨면 그날 하루에 여행을 즐겁게 웃으면서 시작할 수 있는 숙소였습니다!! 장점 1. 객실이 깨끗해요. 매일 하우스 키핑을 해 줍니다. 2. 가성비 대비 호텔 인테리어와 시설들이 너무 고급스럽습니다. 3. 조식을 룸서비스로 먹을 수 있습니다. 4. 호텔 내에 유명한 카페가 붙어 있습니다. 5. 24 시간 리셉션을 WhatsApp을 통해 이용할 수 있습니다. 단점 1. 모기가 많은데 이건 어느 숙소를 가든 마찬가지 일 것 같아요. 2. 샤워 필터를 챙겨 갔는데 하루 만에 까매졌습니다. 이것도 오늘 숙소를 가든 마찬가지일 듯 합니다. 3. 수영장이 너무 좋은데 불순물이 좀 있어서 이용 하기가 꺼려졌어요.

Wonderful, sparkling new accomodation to stay i Ubud! I want to be back there already 🌻 I stayed for 4 nights through our short Bali family getaway, and we received nothing but spectacular service. Here is my honest unpaid review and I used my own money for our stay here so this isn't sponsored, I happily write the review so I hope more people visit this hotel and experience the same bliss as me and my family did 🌝 ✨️ Excellent notings: • After booking, I immediately contacted them to assign us a room on the first floor due to my mother's weak knees, and they upgraded our room to pool access room without charging us • I told them that my mother and I were here to celebrate our birthdays, and they decorated our rooms with balloons, adorably shaped towels and flower petals signs • The check in process was super smooth and they helped with our luggage to the room. They even give us a quick room tour and introduction of everything we can use in this hotel • They use Sensatia Botanicals for all the bathroom ammenities, such a thoughtful gesture for the guests (even the bubble bath soap, you can just ask if you need more and they'll provide for free) • The pool is clean and I wish I could swim more but it rained almost every morning in Ubud (I came here around December), they even have outdoor shower. • The breakfast suits my tastebuds, I highly recommend their Rise and Shine, Eggs Royale & Lasagna Soup 💕 • Their staffs are super friendly and warm. Also very quick service through Whatsapp chats. Just contact them if you need anything and they'll be ready to assist • This hotel is everything I want in a Bali getaway (peaceful surrounding, away from city's hustle bustle, close to nature), so if your have some money to spend, just spend it here without regret like me :D • Their after service is amazing, I contacted them for my shortly gone charging cable and they still did their best to find it for me even though I've checked out (turns out I found the cable in my bag instead) 🔰 Some things to be aware of: • Ubud has its fair share of traffic jam, not as much as Canggu or Kuta but still it will be helpful to note in the schedules of your leaving time especially during mornings (09-11am) and afternoons (03-05pm) • They don't have an iron steamer... I'm someone who always bring a mini steamer because of I like my clothes to look neat, but this is the only time I didn't bring it with me and to my surprise, they don't have it. Bummer! • They don't provide airport transfer service yet, so best have it prepared from your travel agent/other platforms • Their breakfast is not the buffet type, and their main courses all made by order but your can ask for fruits and tea/coffee. Fortunately they can also provide room service for the breakfast if you want, just contact their WA • As I mentioned before their front desk can only be contacted through WA, so yeah, no hotel phones in the room Give this hotel a lot of love 🤍 Thank you so much, The Kemilau Ubud team for the unforgettable memories that I'll cherish for my entire life.
