Tempatnya masih baru, bagus, bersih dan lokasinya tidak terlalu jauh dari danau. Di lantai paling atas, ada area umum atau rooftop di mana Anda dapat melihat pemandangan pulau Samosir yang luas. Penjaganya ramah, baik, dan sigap. Harga minuman standar, yaitu botol besar Aqua seharga Rp. 8.000. Untuk menginap di sini, Anda perlu menyetor 200 ribu yang akan dikembalikan saat checkout. Sayangnya, tidak semua kamar menghadap danau, ada 2 kamar yang menghadap tanah kosong di sebelah bangunan, ada kandang ayam yang mulai berisik di subuh hari.
