We really enjoyed out stay. The Swan Inn was clean and comfortable, very quiet and safe. It is conveniently located close to everything but on a one off little alley, well clear of the bustle and crowds of Ubud.

Due to a "computer glitch", which was consistent with every HomeAway property we stayed in , the property was not able to get us our cottage, however they did have a room for our use. Unfortunately the room was very close to the check in office and very noisy and over lit for sleeping. They did help us get a driver to go to the airport the next day. They were very clean and comfortable.

We loved Swan Inn. It's convenient to the center of town but tucked out of the way and quiet. Beautiful traditional Balinese styling, very pretty garden, clean pool, good breakfast with great coffee and excellent service. Very good value for the money.

Accueil très professionnel et chaleureux. Petit hôtel dans un cadre fabuleux...une piscine entourée d'une multitude de fleurs...un bassin de nénuphars,desbananiers, cocotiers et autres papayers. Des oiseaux,des écureuils qui courent dans les arbres... Le personnel toujours prêt à répondre à vos attentes bref tout pour un bon séjour.

After getting lost with a 15kg bag on my back in 28 degree weather, a quick dip in the swimming pool surrounded by immaculate gardens at Swan Inn was just what I needed. From the moment I arrived, the staff were so friendly and helpful. Location was perfect for me. In the centre of Ubud but down an alleyway off the main street which is perfect when I wanted to get away from the crowds and simply relax. Monkey Forest, Ubud Palace, Arts & Crafts market and a ton of amazing vegan and vegetarian restaurants are all within walking distance. While my room was fairly basic, it was huge, clean and tidy. Breakfast is included and was delivered to my balcony each morning. I highly recommend the banana pancake! My 2 night stay turned into 6 and I will not hesitate to book again when I return to Bali in 2017. Overall, if you're like me and prefer to immerse yourself in local culture rather than book 5 star resorts, Swan Inn is perfect and excellent value for money.

2015年8月入住此飯店，位於烏布市區的小小巷弄裡，距離烏布皇宮及烏布市場約走路5分鐘路程，購物或吃飯都很方便，熱鬧的市區裡卻能得到安靜的住宿品質，但地點不太好找，需要走過一條長長的小巷。房間建築是峇里島風格非常獨特，我最喜歡每個房間外都有一套桌椅，面對花園，很適合喝杯咖啡或茶然後什麼都不做，會有貓咪從你的房間外走過，非常放鬆愜意。游泳池雖小但很適合夏日的早晨或午後泡泡水或曬曬太陽，很棒。房間內的設施較為簡單，所以除了睡覺的時間幾乎都在房間外的沙發椅上度過(包含早餐)，有點室外客廳的感覺。服務人員很貼心，但也常常會找不到人，老闆好像就住在飯店後的房子裡，找不到服務人員就到後面房子找找就可以了。價格非常親民，一晚不到台幣1000元，下次來到巴里島烏布，我們會再一次選擇這家具有獨特風格，沒人打擾，生活機能又極佳的的民宿，真心推薦給大家。

Swan Hill a été notre premier hôtel à Bali et on a été ravi. Les chambres sont spacieuses, literie correcte et surtout les chambres sont disposées en petits pavillons dans un joli jardin alors que nous sommes en plein centre. Mais l'hôtel est en travaux et les ouvriers sont proches des chambres, à 8h on est réveillé. Les proprio sont vraiment charmants et à l'écoute. Petit déjeuner un peu cheap.

Fantastic value for money. There's construction on at the moment so was up graded to a room further away. Great central location, lovely non pushy staff. Coffee and tea on your table outside when you get up in the morning.

Lokasi yang sangat bagus, tepat di pusat kota dan sangat tenang! Cocok untuk berkumpul bersama keluarga atau bersantai. Taman yang sangat indah dengan kolam renang yang menyenangkan. Ada beberapa kamar, baik dengan atau tanpa AC, atau bungalo. Staf sangat membantu dan tersenyum. Nilai uang yang sangat baik untuk lokasi ini. Saya merekomendasikannya.

We planned to stay one night but stayed three because we liked it so much. Great value for the price. Nice views of the terracotta rooftops. Super location and central but not noisy, tons of great restaurants within walking distance.

Hotel ini sangat indah. Saya belum memberikan skor tertinggi karena kamar pertama yang mereka berikan kepada kami tidak memenuhi harapan. Itu sedikit usang dan sangat tua. Tempat tidurnya tenggelam menjadi dua. Kemudian mereka memberi kami kamar lain yang lebih baru dan lebih baik. Staf yang sangat baik dan sangat membantu. Mereka memberi kami semua fasilitas, sepeda motor, binatu, dan tiket feri. Terima kasih banyak.
