Pengalaman yang cukup mengesankan. Sayangnya sedikit rusak karena pesanan kamar yang saya dapatkan tidak sesuai dengan yang saya pesan (kata mereka karena saya pesannya melalui tiket.com, dan mereka tidak bekerjasama dengan tiket.com. mungkin perlu kejelasan dari tiket.com, soalnya saya sudah 2x mengalami hal serupa di 2 hotel berbeda di danau toba). Saya pesan 3 kamar dengan kamar mandi di dalam dan 2 pax sarapan per kamar, namun yang kami dapat malah kamar dengan kamar mandi sharing. Sangat jauh dengan harga yang saya keluarkan. Namun setelah perdebatan panjang akhirnya kami mendapatkan 2 kamar dengan kamar mandi sharing dan 1 kamar yang di tingkatkan ke superior dengan kamar mandi di dalam namun harus menambah biaya lagi sebesar 150rb. Kompensasi lainnya kami mendapatkan sarapan untuk seluruh keluarga yang ada, yg seharusnya 6 pax jadinya 12 pax. Saran saya untuk pengelola hotel, mungkin untuk front office/resepsionis diberi pelatihan manajemen krisis,,jd kalau ada komplain dari tamu bisa menyelesaikan dengan benar bukan malah ikut terpancing emosi dan malah memberi pilihan "kalau mau silahkan terima, kalau tidak silahkan cari penginapan yang lain" kalimat ini terlalu arogan. Saya mungkin masih akan memilih menginap di sini lagi karena suasananya nyaman. Namun semoga kedepannya mendapatkan pengalaman yang baik juga.

Kamar nya gede, bukan kecil sepertiyg di tiket.com , bersih, rapi, handuk bersih , tidak ada sabun tidak ada air. Tidak ada AC hanya ada kipas angin. Tapi ada hot water Pintu depan dan pintu belakang ada balkon . Pintu depan view danau toba, pintu belakang view jalan raya. Di lantai dasar restoran Marbun. Not so wow tapi worth it , dekat kemana2 di daerah tuktuk Dia juga menyediakan sewa motor, harga bisa nego , Thanks ya family Marbun
