Mohon pihak manajemen hotel lebih memperhatikan lagi keamanannya (security). Karena tadi malam teman saya hampir terjebak di dalam hotel oleh tamu dan hotel. Karena tamu yang menginap sudah bekerja sama dengan pihak hotel untuk memeras uang teman saya, bahkan ponsel teman saya telah diambil alih oleh mereka. Mereka meminta uang tebusan sebesar 350 ribu, tapi tidak tahu berapa uang yang diminta. Beruntung setelah teman saya mengemis dan mengemis agar ponselnya dikembalikan, akhirnya dikembalikan. Meskipun teman saya mengalami luka di wajah, leher, dan tangan akibat dikeraplikasik oleh tamu dan pihak hotel. Saya harap kejadian ini tidak akan terulang kepada orang lain. Untuk pihak manajemen mohon diingatkan peringatan kepada staf hotel dan tamu tersebut karena mereka telah bekerja sama. Terima kasih.
