Ini pertama kali saya dan keluarga menginap di hotel ini. Dan awal masuk ruangan lumayan bagus kamar nya.. Sayang saja kamar nya pakai karpet dan seperti nya karpet nya jarang di bersihkan.

Saya menyukai lokasinya yg strategis dan berada di pusat kota, dekat dengan tugu muda dan lawangsewu. Jarak ke stasiun Poncol jga dekat, fasilitasnya jga bagus, nyaman, bersih, dg harga sewa permalamnya jg murah bisa dipesan melalui tiket.com. Sedikit yg tdak saya sukai adalah, pada saat saya mau mandi pagi ketika menyalakan air di bathup air yg kluar pertama kali agak keruh kehitaman dan membuat saya berulang kali membersihkan dan mengisi bathupnya .hanya itu saja, selebihnya baik semua fasilitasnya lengkap.😊

Lokasi hotel strategis, harga bersaing. Hotel terlihat tua. AC agak kurang dingin. Air di toilet agak tidak lancar. Saat masuk kamar dengan kartu gesek, sebaiknya handle pintu ditarik ke atas dulu baru ke bawah. Ini saran dari resepsionis di lobby. Karena beberapa kali saya gagal masuk meskipun lampu menyala hijau dan tidak berkedip.

Pengalaman yang menyenangkan menginap di hotel ini bersama keluarga. Hotelnya bersih dan terawat, namun perlu dilakukan peremajaan pada kamar karena semuanya sudah usang dan berbau, terutama karpetnya kotor. Untuk pelayanan staf ramah.

Saya memesan 1 malam melalui Tiket. Bom, tetapi ternyata saya salah pemesanan 1 hari hrdnya lambat. Namun, resepsionis dapat membantu mengubah reservasi tanpa saya harus menelepon Tiket. Brom. Kerja bagus kelebihan hotel ini adalah dengan harga yang murah namun menawarkan layanan antar-jemput ke stasiun dan bandara. Proses checking cepat, permintaan kamar dipenuhi dengan baik. Namun kamar perlu direnovasi. Setelah bertahun-tahun tidak pernah melihat TV tabung, akhirnya di sini Anda bisa melihat TV kabel lagi. Handuk dan keset belum tersedia di kamar, Anda harus menelepon untuk meminta dulu. Sabun habis, tidak ada sabun tangan. Air panas tidak panas. Tidak ada masalah. Tidak Ada masalah di kamar. Sepertinya harus banyak diperiksa sebelum memberikannya kepada tamu. Bantal hanya 2 dan sudah kempis tidak nyaman.
