Stafnya sangat ramah dan lokasinya bagus. Jika ingin jalan-jalan, Anda juga dapat diturunkan dengan buggy atau mobil hanya di kota dekat Ubud. Menurut saya sarapannya enak untuk harga yang ditawarkan. Satu-satunya downside adalah tekanan airnya lemah. Namun, itu tetap menutupi semua kekurangannya!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at sapodilla. The beds and pillows provided were exceptionally comfortable. Additionally, their resident cat, kitty, was incredibly delightful.

We cant fault this hotel in any way and will definitely return on our next trip to ubud. My wife and i stayed here on her birthday and the staff were so kind and sweet to give her a cake and decorate the bed for us.

I would definitely stay at this hotel again. The hotel is brand new and immaculate. The staff is incredibly friendly. The rooms are furnished with adorable wooden furniture, creating a cozy atmosphere. They offer free unlimited pickup service throughout ubud, which is a lifesaver since gocar or grab may not always be available. Its quite convenient that you can easily request anything you need via WhatsApp. The pool, although small, is ideal for a relaxing swim, and the view from there is breathtaking. They have five different breakfast options, including fresh fruit.

The hotel room is clean, spacious and quiet. The staff are friendly and helpful in suggesting local attractions. The garden and pool are well maintained. There are many great restaurants nearby and the money forest is only 10 minutes walk away. Highly recommended!.

The hotel is surrounded by lush greenery and tucked away from the noisy road, making it centrally located and peaceful. One of the things that impressed us was the thoughtful service of providing a phone during our stay to stay in touch with the hotel. The real highlight of the hotel is the amazing staff. They went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience, whether it was the reception or the restaurant team, everyone was so accommodating and friendly. Their free shuttle service made it very easy to travel between the resort and ubud town. Overall, i cant recommend this place enough. It exceeded our expectations and made our stay unforgettable. Thank you to eka and team, we hope to come back sometime.

Sapodilla ubud is the hotel for you if youre searching for a great city location, spotless accommodations, and a wonderful staff! I loved being able to stroll to a variety of eateries, coffee bars, spas, and stores. Its on a busy street, but its far enough away that you cant hear or see the traffic. It was also a treat to have the free shuttle to other ubud attractions. Breakfast was generous and a great way to start the day. The wifi was excellent. The tv could use a few more stations because it wasnt a smart tv. I would definitely stay here again!.

If you want a hotel in ubud book this one, you wont regret it. For a reason, this hotel receives 5/5 reviews on tripadvisor. A lovely little hotel in ubud town with maybe 20 rooms. You are surrounded by spas, restaurants, and bars. You can walk to all the sights in town (30 minutes to the city center and 15 minutes to the monkey forest). If you dont like walking, they offer a free shuttle service and even give you a mobile phone to call them for the return leg. Even though it is in busy ubud, you wouldnt know it. Its down a small peaceful lane. The gardens are green, and you forget you are in a town. The rooms were enormous. I went for the slightly upgraded option because it was less expensive and was larger than my house downstairs. A small living area, desk, and a large bathroom with a bath and shower. The room was always clean and they replenish you with water. The pool isnt large, but there are always spare sun loungers and umbrellas. The pool was beautiful and warm. Breakfast options were excellent. Lots of choice and all delicious. The staff was lovely. The receptionists made an effort to learn our names. Even the maintenance men said hello in the morning. Nothing was too much trouble. One occasion they randomly brought me a cold drink while lying by the pool. A much appreciated gesture. One day we were there it was my partners birthday. We didnt even mention this, but they discovered it, decorated his bed, and brought him a cake. A very nice gesture.

Kamar bersih dan luas, tempat tidur empat tiang yang nyaman, wifi yang sangat bagus, kamar mandi besar, kolam renang yang bagus. Staf yang sopan, siap membantu dalam setiap masalah. Saya tidak suka sarapannya. Tapi itu soal selera. Kalau tidak, semuanya baik-baik saja.

Our stay at the hotel was comfortable, relaxing and a total joy. I was originally supposed to stay at another hotel but after seeing it i quickly canceled and found the nearby sapodilla hotel. The staff were very helpful and used their shuttle to collect my luggage and ensure i was settled in. The rooms are very comfortable with a lovely large bathroom and i had views of the pool with some outdoor seating. The room was completely clean and so clean. Little touches like the turn down service made the hotel an absolute delight. The pool area and surrounding gardens were a nice break from ubud town and very peaceful. The highlights by far were the warm welcome we received every day from the staff who always greeted us by name, asked how our day was and were only happy to recommend local activities. I also liked the option to have breakfast sat out on the terrace, which we did every day. Thank you for a lovely stay, for being so helpful and making us feel so at home.

Pelayanan yang diberikan oleh staf sangat ramah dan membantu. Kamarnya bersih dan luas, kamar mandi besar dengan shower dan bak mandi, tempat tidur ukuran king, dan balkon dengan meja dan kursi. Kolam renang dan taman terawat dengan sangat baik dan Anda dapat bersantai dengan berbaring di kursi berjemur (disediakan handuk). Disini tempatnya enak banget karena ada kolam renang privat, pelayanannya juga sangat sangat ramah, kamarnya juga cocok untuk keluarga karena dapat menyewa extra bed yang seperti kasur utama. Namun, akses untuk masuk ke hotel atau villa ini sangat kecil sehingga hanya dapat memuat satu mobil saja.
