The staff is very friendly. The whole place has a really nice feel, like a rustic balinese type - not too westernized is the point i am making. The food at the restaurant was decent at a very good price. The mattress could be upgraded but still fine. The tvs are a bit old but we never used them so it didnt affect us. It was a pleasure to come back to sagittarius inn at the end of a long day. Will stay here again.

Guest house ini terletak sangat baik di Jalan Hutan Monyet. Anda hanya berjarak 10 menit berjalan kaki dari segala sesuatu yang bagus dan terutama, semua kamar terletak jauh dari jalan utama, sehingga Anda tenang. Cukup untuk menikmati kolam renang. Kamarnya cukup sederhana namun efisien. Tuan rumah sangat baik dan dapat membantu Anda dengan organisasi, persewaan, dll. Ada biaya sarapan tetapi teh dan kopi gratis sepanjang pagi. Sedikit saran, Anda bahkan tidak perlu membayar untuk hutan monyet, tetapi saya tidak akan mengatakan lebih banyak.

Kami memesan dua kamar double dan satu kamar triple, dan mereka memberi kami dua kamar twin, dua kamar double lebih mahal, dan mereka tidak mengembalikan uang kami secara proporsional atau memberikan solusi apa pun. Kamar sangat bau dan lembab, semuanya sangat tua dan dalam kondisi buruk. Wifi tidak berfungsi dengan baik.

Excellent location, near monkey forest and ubud market. Beautiful interiors and wellkept landscaping. The rooms are large but lack proper air conditioning because the cooling wasnt good at all. I booked for two nights, and the first night was very suffocating because there was no cooling at all despite running the ac. I was moved to a different room, which was much better, but there was also cooling which was an issue but manageable. The staff was helpful and courteous. The hotel number was hardly answered. I tried reaching them before reaching and also after the first day, but the phone was never answered. Fortunately, when followup, they responded on whatsapp, which resolved my problem. Booked a taxi through them, and he was very prompt. Overall, a good place to stay.

Taman dan kolam renangnya sangat tenang dan indah. Namun, kamar kami misalnya gelap dan berbau apek karena kamar mandinya tidak memiliki ventilasi sehingga baunya masuk ke kamar semua! Pencahayaannya tidak memadai. Sebaiknya jangan membuka lemari kayu! Puncak kejayaannya adalah segel karet di pintu lemari es! (Jamur tak henti-hentinya) TV tidak tersedia, tetapi harus menjadi standar di kategori ini. Sarapannya oke, tapi satu potong roti tawar tidak cukup, jadi memotongnya menjadi tiga potong juga tidak membantu!

Banyak masalah: Setibanya dengan manajemen kamar yang buruk. Kami tidak memiliki kamar yang dipesan, tetapi kurang lebih bagus. Kamarnya sangat kotor dan kelembapannya sangat tinggi di sini. Lokasi sekitar 15 per 20 menit dari pusat kota dan kolam renangnya bagus. Berlebihan menurut saya.

Di belakang restoran terdapat rumah-rumah hotel, area luas yang sangat indah. Staf yang ramah, mereka berusaha sangat keras untuk menjaga tempat tetap bersih. Meskipun rumah saya tidak memiliki AC, tapi itu tidak mengganggu saya. Kamarnya bersih, rapi, kamar mandi atau toilet dengan tanaman hijau segar, bunga, sangat bagus. Kulkas di kamar sangat bagus. Namun, kurangnya dapur dan kemampuan memasak adalah kerugian besar. (Resto tidak buka sama sekali pada Desember 2021) Tidak ada ketel atau air minum. Meskipun ada gedung terpisah dengan meja dan kursi yang indah, Anda tidak bisa memasak sendiri di sana. Saya mohon piring, pisau, sendok, gelas. Itu saja. Kolam renangnya besar, bagus dan bersih. Namun! Monyet! Ini benar-benar tidak mungkin. Jika Anda pergi ke teras untuk makan camilan. Sekelompok monyet mengambil semua yang Anda lihat dari Anda dan jika ruangan dibiarkan terbuka. Dan inilah tamu berekor! Sangat agresif, terburu-buru, melompat ke atas meja, dan berdiri. Secara keseluruhan, datang untuk beberapa hari untuk merasakan eksotis. Ya, tidak lebih.

Hotel yang bagus terletak tepat di jantung kota Ubud tetapi ternyata sangat sepi. Sepintas sulit menemukan hotel karena berada di koridor kecil. Ketika Anda memasuki, Anda akan disambut dengan hangat. Staf ramah dan akan memastikan bahwa Anda memenuhi setiap permintaan Anda. Taman hotel dirawat dengan sangat baik, semuanya dilakukan dengan hati-hati. Hotel ini dikelilingi oleh restoran yang juga merupakan restoran hotel dan pusat pijat. Sedikit lebih jauh ke bawah Anda akan menemukan maemae di mana Anda dapat mencuci pakaian dengan 1 EUR atau kg. Sarapan hotel sangat enak, pilihan Anda berbeda. Kamarnya sangat besar. Tempatnya sentral dan sangat tenang. Taman yang lucu. Kolam besar untuk berenang dan bersantai di bawah sinar matahari. Staf yang cantik dan sangat perhatian. Kamarnya sangat besar dan bersih. Gazebo kecil di bawah taman untuk bermeditasi. 4 Sarapan berbeda termasuk pancake pisang yang enak. Semua layanan hotel yang bagus dengan harga yang tidak ada duanya. Sangat direkomendasikan.

The staff is very friendly! The rooms are very comfortable and spacious, just like the rest of the resort. The pool is nice, breakfast is ok if you like eggs. The wifi is very slow and doesnt work constantly and the rooms could be cleaner. The furniture has never been changed in 7 days.

The rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff is friendly. However, there was no hot water for showering during our stay. To request a cleaning of your room, you must provide your key at reception and let them know. Monkeys are cunning and deceptive.
