Tempatnya bagus, bersihhh banget, bangunanya masih baru. Tdk begitu jauh dr alun2 batu. Letaknya di perumahan yg tenang gitu. Cocok buat yg nda pengen dengar bising2 kendaraan. Cuman untuk ruangan kamarnya ga kedap suara, seprei sm sarung bantalnya jg bukan yg wangi. Tapi ga bau kok.

kamar mandi , kamar dll sangat bersih, sprei dan handuk wangi.. tenang bgt suasananya. pokoknya kalau ke Batu akan nginep disini lagi.. top bgt pokoknya.. termasuk murah utk family room. saran agar bisa disediakan teko listrik dan cangkir utk bikin teh kopi, maka akan komplit sudah

Kamarnya bersih. Pilih room yg tip C lumayan luas. Kamar ssuai harga. Di tipe C tdk ada AC tp ada kipas angin. Air panas jg nyala. Wifi lumayan lancar Lokasi homestay di dalam perumahan, tp keluar gang sudah langsung jalan raya dekat dgn pom bensin. Kalo mau ke alun2 batu jg g trlalu jauh. Di seberang homestay ada kafe. Suasana homestay sepi tp malah cocok buat yg mau istirahat. Tdk ada dapur bersama tp bisa minta kopi/teh ke yg jaga. Mungkin masukan aja ke depannya semoga semua tipe kamar bisa dipasang AC semua ya agar lebih nyaman. Over all, worth the price. Kamar selalu bersih. Ada area piknik.

Resepsionis baik hati. Pelayan yang sigap dan luar biasa. Maaf bintangnya nanggung. Bisa jadi krn aku yg kurang teliti baca keterangan di apk. Tp perasaan aku lihat keterangan di apk tuh ada ac. Bangunan baru, bagus, nyaman, penjaganya juga baik dan cekatan. Cuman minusnya room D yg aku pesan, gak ada ac gk ada kipas. Meskipun batu dingin, tp sepertinya gak sedingin dulu. Semua fasilitas ok, cuman kemarin pas di kamar yg aku pesan lantai kamar mandi sepertinya gak digosok, untung bangunan baru, makanya gk begitu kelihatan kalau kotor. Air panas nyala tp agak susah diatur dan nyalanya cuman bentar. Trus tv, tv nya udah digital sih, tp suka error². Gak ada dapur utk tamu, jadi kalau mau bikin sesuatu yg hangat gk bisa. Padahal aku lihat si pak penjaga suka bikin kopi/apalah, pokoknya aku denger nyalain kompor Karena wkt itu aku mau ke jatimpark 1, jadi menurutku agak muter dan sedikit jauh sih. Meskipun kalau naek motor cuman 15menitan. Tp kudu sedikit muter² dulu. Krn wkt itu ke villa ini krn rekom temen, jadi ya menghargai temen aja sih. Dan terlanjur bayar. Dengan harga segitu, sepertinya mending ke villa yg agak atas sih. Sedikit lebih murah, minimal ada kipas dan sarapan.a Kalau disini sedikit agak susah nyari makan. Mau pesen makanan lewat online pun, susah nentuin titik lokasinya 😁 Sepertinya kalau ada kesempatan kesini, gak utk diulang aja sih 😊🙏
