Fantastic experience and highly recommended! Fantastic location and room! I had a great time staying in the heart of seminyak. The few people onsite who oversee and provide security are incredibly kind.

This location is quiet and peaceful, near restaurants and the beach. The staff is friendly and always available. The room is well decorated as shown in the pictures and the bed is very comfortable. I recommend this place!.

Apa lagi yang bisa saya katakan? Lokasinya sangat dekat dengan segala sesuatu yang Anda inginkan di Seminyak. Semuanya bisa ditempuh dengan berjalan kaki. Kamarnya bagus dan luas untuk harganya. Saya di sini dua kali karena saya suka lokasi dan harganya.

Hotel kecil yang indah dekat Seminiak Square (5 menit berjalan kaki). Kamar bersih yang bagus dan kolam renang kecil. Satu-satunya downside adalah sulit ditemukan karena penandaannya buruk. Anda harus mengambil gang kecil yang sejajar dengan jalan restoran Mexicala sedikit lebih jauh di jalan ini dan tandanya berbentuk mini.

Book now! During my stay in bali, i stayed in three different places, and this one is the best ive ever experienced. Its a true hidden treasure, albeit you must go through a small alley where a car can hardly fit in, yet it is located in the center of seminyak, directly behind seminyak village, within walking distance of motel mexicola and lafavela. The best features of this place are the amazing staff who always ask if we want the room cleaned or not every day, the international electrical outlets which are greatly appreciated, the spacious room with beautiful artwork on the wall and around the room, the large bathroom with perfect water pressure, and we barely heard any noise from the place itself or from the outside. Will definitely return here!.

A hidden gem in the heart of seminyak! The location is very central to almost all bars, clubs and beach clubs, and the staff are very friendly and accommodating to late checkins.

Small hotel with only four rooms. The rooms are very comfortable with attached bathrooms with showers. Check in was fast, checkout even faster (just dropped the key. Service was very friendly, rooms are quite clean, beds are comfortable, towels changed twice in six days, safe in the room, enough power outlets, tv and dvd player, mini bar - nothing missing. The pool was clean and large enough. The location is perfect, close to eat street. The hotel doesnt offer breakfast but breakfast places are only 100 m. Overall a very pleasant stay at a low price.

The staff is friendly, and the price is reasonable, even for a mini bar. Our room is right by the pool, so there was little privacy in the afternoon when people laid in front of our room.

Overall, the hotel is excellent. The price is excellent for its location, property, and amenities. There are only 4 rooms in this one, room and vespa 1, and the size is quite generous and tastefully decorated. Ive stayed in the room and vespa 3 before, both of which have the same style. The location is excellent in seminyak, with the beach within walking distance, and surrounded by endless restaurants, cafes, and shops. However, the location is nicely hidden and quiet. The swimming pool is also pleasant, even if i didnt use it. The only thing i would advise the hotel is that they should clean the shower glass more frequently and more frequently.

We will be back next year. Our second visit to room and vespa 1 nice friendly greeting. Ground floor apartment which we enjoy so comfortable. Nice swimming pool and sunbeds all kept nice and clean. The staff is very helpful. Thank you.

I would say that the hotel is fantastic for the price! The staff is extremely friendly, very helpful (helped with a scooter), a swimming pool, a very central location (close to everything), spacious and beautiful rooms cleaned daily. The only drawback i would mention is the ongoing construction in the area (not particularly noticeable, but still a bit of pounding), and the fact that our shampoo and soap were not replenished at all, which we had to purchase ourselves. Overall, a very enjoyable experience, highly recommended.
