saat datang resepsionis tidak ramah, lalu langsung ttd ketentuan² hotel trmasuk dalam 2 kamar tidak boleh lebih dari 2 org. saat akan membatalkan pesanan kamar, dibilang tidak bisa, harus pesan lagi kamar. awalnya 1 kamar menginap untuk 2 hari, mau diganti jd 2 kamar untuk 1 hari g bs (nyolot pula resepsionisnya). Jadi pesan kamar lagi yg business, surprisingly kamar bussiness jauhhh lebih JELEK dari deluxe 😂 pas masuk kamar bau apek, ada kecoa mati di kamar mandi, bidet wc tersumbat, bathup ada stain noda air, gorden kotor kena noda, minta refill shampoo&sabun di malam hari ga direfill sampai pagi 🙂 hotel bintang 4 (((?menutut rating?))) tapi pelayanan nya setara bintang 1 👎 kamar deluxe seperti model kamar baru ini jauh lebih better dr yg bussines room. harga nya cmn 1/2 bussiness. jarak dari kamar ke resepsionis dan tempat breakfast jauh banget krn beda gedung. jalan akses ke hotel muacet puolll jd mikir² lagi deh ya kalau mau menginap disini krn dari pengalaman menginap 3 hari 2 malam sy, overall mengecewakan bgt ni hotel dari segi pelayanan (terutama resepsionis) maupun kenyamanan sangat kureng. better cari hotel disekitar legian/kuta dgn harga sama tp pelayanan dan kenyamanan lebih better peeps!
