tempatnya lumayan strategis, untuk kebersihan cukup bersih, cuma kemarin pindah kamar dan pihak penginapan yg pindahin barang sewaktu saya tidak di tmpat ada alat mandi dan barang lain yg tertinggal namun tak ada jawaban setelah di infokan kehilangan , staf cukup ramah dan makanan nya enak

Pesan penginapan utk tgl CI 23 des 2023. CO tgl 24 des 2023. Tp begitu mau CI pihak hotel blg bahwa tidak ada pesanan kamar atas nama saya. Pihak hotel malah menawarkan upgrade kamar dimana harus menambah 150rb. Karena saya tdk mau nambah 150rb, saya akhirnya direfund oleh pihak hotel. Bahkan pertamanya saya disuruh refund melalui aplikasi tiket.com dimana itu sudah hari H saya mau menginap. Tentu sudah tdk bisa refund dr aplikasi. Seperti membohongi konsumen dgn menyalahkan tiket.com. Utk tiket.com lebih baik blacklist aja hotel ini. Terakhir saya malam² nyari penginapan baru grgr pihak hotel seperti itu. Lalu di aplikasi ini malah berubah tgl menginap CI di tgl 24 dan CO di tgl 25. Dikira pihak hotel saya org b**** kali ya bisa di bodoh²i gitu aja bisa percaya dgn kalimat nama saya tdk ada pesanan dr aplikasi tiket. Nama hotel kalian aja yg syariah tp tindakannya tdk ada mencerminkan ke syariah an nya. Semoga hilang berkah penginapan kalian ya. Kalau kalian saja tdk mau rugi. Sayapun tdk mau rugi. Semoga review ini jd pertimbangan bagi konsumen yg mau menginap disini.
